Exceptional place inside of historic building, just in 2 minutes walk from the main square with Parroquia Sand Miguel. Perfect spot for a short time holiday in SMA.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights 🌙. We loved every bit of it. The room was clean, the facility was clean, smelled great. Entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, yes the breakfast menu didn't have lots of choices, however when breakfast, luch or dinner is prepared to order the menu has to be small. That guarantees fresh and great tasting food. We loved that the hotel was down the street from the plaza, and it was also appreciated that the our vehicle was brought back and fourth from staff when needed. San Miguel is a beautiful place to visit, and this hotel made it much more special.

our room had view to the lobby and no windows to open! It seems like the staff only aim was to charge everything upfront at tell what is nor included. At breakfast coffes are counted and charged if more than two. Christmas setting was none at all but wanted to charge the menu full price months before. We made a reservation 3 months in advance and when wanting to cancel the day after the reservation the hotel did not accept the cancelation. There is no concierge and the service at the reception is unexistent

Breakfast was included with my rate. Excellent ambience in the dining area in the morning, lots of fresh air and sunlights, but the wind flow and temperature were managed very well.

I forgot a pair of very expensive earrings at the room and house keeping gave them to front desk , very nice of them , thank you very grateful.

It’s a beautifully designed and maintained hotel close to the center.

We felt that the order restrictions on the complimentary breakfast were ridiculous for the amount that we were paying for our room.
