Very comfortable with every facility one requires. The most comfortable bed & pillows. Good location convenient but out of the way of the congestion of hub. Jess was so very helpful. Highly recommend.

we loved everything about it

The apartment was exactly as described. On a corner of two small canals, so you could watch not just gondolas but also the regular, day to day traffic, giving a real experience of life in Venice. Very well equipped kitchen. Probably too big for just one person but it suited me almost perfectly. Very clean. Main bed super comfortable. Location, once found (Venice can be tricky to navigate) was excellent, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby and easy access to the island ferries. On a special note, I stupidly left my (new) iPad in the apartment when I left. I contacted Mirella and she went out of her way to arrange postage back to Australia and it was delivered home to me safe and sound. Very grateful.

Only issue, which will not be important to everyone, was that the wifi only worked in the lounge/kitchen, not in the bedroom. Particularly with the time difference to Australia, I like to be able to check emails/social media on waking up and going to bed.

The location is absolutely perfect - tucked away but only a 12 minute walk to the heart of Venice. The view from the gated step right outside the apartment is out of this world and we spent a beautiful evening sitting there watching the gondolas pass by. The apartment is beautiful, and fully equipped with everything you need, bin bags, hairdryer, 2 bathrooms, and even coffee! The owner allowed us to arrive early and get changed, and leave our bags. She also gave us lots of clear instructions about how to use everything and even worked out what time we would need to leave for the boat back to the airport, which I wasn't planning on doing until the night before!

Lovely modern apartment with air conditioning. Great location in a quiet location but within a short walking distance to the center.
