Anita at the was very polite and so helpful.Amoda spa was excellent. Srijana at the spa knew well what type of massage the client needed based on the clients activity level.

Wonderful hotel and restaurant ambience, quality of food served at restaurant or in room dining is very good and one of the highlights, it’s a pity our stay at Guwahati wasn’t for a long time but we would definitely stay here if we come back to Guwahati in future..

Pricing on rooms could be more competitive and offer more deals / discounts.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The check in and check out were fairly easy, some of the staff were very helpful and customer friendly. Restaurant leaves and weaves served outstanding food (kudos to the chef), and a couple of the staff there was very efficient.

One room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait for over 30 min for it to be ready, and the bathrobe was missing in that room. Wasn’t replaced despite the complaint. There seemed to be lack of communication between the front desk staff and the maintenance staff. Water heater was not turned on till 5 am, so we didn’t have hot water at night in the bathroom… was frustrating.

Location and Cleaniliness

All the food that we ordered and had was good and the dinner had a lot of options, room was very comfortable and the service was superb.

The room had a weird smell when the AC was switched on, and had to use room fresheners. Breakfast had very limited options considering the overall price. Overall its on the expensive side.

Rooms were not ready even at 3. One room allocated was not cleaned despite other rooms been cleaned ( there were no guests waiting) Communication at reception is poor Wi-Fi bad Morning checkout ( very early) no one at reception. Then it took 40 mins to find restaurant bills to complete the process. Looks like reception staff are not trained

The room was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom was also OK.

The breakfast was poor. At the check out time, the Visa machine didn’t work. So we must pay cash. As it was a hight amount, we ran out of cash.

The location and the warmth of the staff members were fabulous. It’s a wonderful brand and I am completely satisfied.

Nothing as such. Just that the surrounding area of the hotel is undergoing a lot of infrastructure development works. This is a major challenge as this not only creates a lot of noise & dust but makes the already busy area all the more congested.
