We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved being close to the river and CDA.

Our stay was so lovely. It was the perfect condo for our family. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The only thing we had to drive to daily was the lake. I would highly recommend this condo. :)

The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was impeccably clean, incredibly quiet despite its location above the Riverstone retail area, and very easy to get in and out. The location was ideal for us as it's nearby downtown and the major highways. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, this place is perfect for everyone.

Amenities could improve. Only 3 towels, no beach towels, no soap and 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 day. Stay.

From the day we booked our 30-day stay at the Riverstone Retreat to check-out, Kathleen was a wonderful host. The condo was everything I could expect and more. My husband and I (and our little dog) stayed for a month and I cooked most days we were there since the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. The location is perfect...walking distance to restaurants, shops and walking paths. Perfect for our three daily walks with our dog. And I just had to walk downstairs to get a pedicure at the nail salon! We will come back every summer if available.

Worth a second visit
This was a great place to stay. We were there the 4th of July, and we're able to enjoy some of the fireworks from the Coeur d alene lake.

We were not allowed to use the underground parkade which we would have liked to know before hand but above ground parking across the street was fine.

Walk to Everything
Extremely easy access to the property, the village is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance. The unit itself is perfect for two in every possible way. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

CDA late fall vacation
Property was comfortable, cozy and clean. It was great to have restaurants, wine bars and shopping literally down stairs. We would definitely vacation here again.

Family Getaway
We had the best time staying at Riverstone! Many restaurants to choose from in the complex and the condo was equipped with everything! I know we have found our new spot everytime we come back to Coeur D Alene! Kathleen streamlined the process and made sure we had everything and some for our stay!

Beautiful Condo and Village
What a charming place. Very clean and well stocked condo. Right in the heart of Riverstone with quaint shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The trail systems in CDA is beautiful. Owner was very available and went beyond to help us in a difficult situation. Property Manager, John was. Very helpful as well.

The location was perfect...near the main streets and highways...great vendors in the village...kitchen supplies met every need including a first aid kit.

Kathleen was awesome. Very responsive and the condo had everything you could need
Great experience. My only complaint is that there was a pet stain on the carpet. In the future I will look for people who don’t allow pets. Loved the fact that the balcony had shade all afternoon.

The condo was modern, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The manager was very helpful and interactive, and made sure we were taken care of. The location was great because of its proximity to lots of stores, restaurants, a theater and the resort/downtown area of Coeur d'lane. Also very easy access to the freeway.

Excellent place to stay
I don’t think there is enough space to share how wonderful this condo was. The owner was extremely great to communicate with. The details for checking in were clear, concise and easy to use. The condo is very well complimented with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The area is very quiet at night but there are plenty of fabulous restaurants within walking distance for a great meal. The underground parking is a great plus, it was easy to get into and out of and was secure.

A wonderful place to call home in Coeur D’ Alene
The property was VERY well equipped- we had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Super easy keypad entry on all access points made checkin a breeze.
Main Street is adorable- great shops, restaurants, and bars. We also enjoyed walks along the river and around the small lake.
Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in All Respects
We needed a place to serve as our home base for two weeks as we explored the Coeur d’Alene area as a possible retirement destination. Kathleen’s Riverstone condo provided everything we needed. Its ideal location made for easy and convenient access to all of our destinations while providing a comfortable and cozy winter retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped and the property manager made sure that everything was in good order. We would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend and we would surely check its availability for a return visit.

Fantastic Location/ Everything we needed and more
Loved Riverstone! Was so nice to walk to shops and restaurants or along the beautiful river. The condo was well appointed, clean and our host was friendly and accommodating. We will be back again for sure!
