Estaba muy limpio. Era amplio. Muy bien equipado (plancha, secador, muchas toallas, menaje de cocina). Tenia lavavajillas y lavadora. Fácil aparcamiento alrededor del alojamiento y supermercado al lado.

No está céntrico ya que caminando son 30 minutos, está a 5 minutos en coche del centro.

The location was great and the check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was clean and there was parking available right in front of the building.

The bathtub was flaking off a bit, the oven knob markings weren't visible so we didn't know which setting it was on and in general, it looked like the apartment was in need of some repair work to be more comfortable for guests.

Nice decor, quiet, clean. Perfect for couples and friends. Equipped kitchen. Near a big supermarket. Very friendly people taking care of it. Easy parking.

Good apartment, close to a supermarket, 10 min by car from the airport (we paid 12€ for a XL taxi in the midnight).

There's only one bathroom, with 6 guests it was "challenging". The house was fairly clean but some spots were not, such as the bathroom cabinet top and some dishes were stored with food let overs on them (straight from the dishwasher I guess)... The property owners forgot to mention there was construction going on right beside the apartment. Even on Saturdays! Starting at 7:30 meaning everyone's rest was limited. Mattresses we fairly new but super uncomfortable (I guess cheap), my back was sore every morning. The 3rd bedroom was added by splitting the living room, the bedroom now faces the street (more noise) add paper thin walls and we could hear everything from the living room. Again, limited rest. I would still recommend this property if the price is low enough, just be aware this will hardly live up to it's current rating of 9. I'd give it a 6, tops.

Location, it's nearby the airport and close to main highways.

The apartment is located outside Ponta Delgada, next to the highways to visit other places. There is also a big supermarket 5min walking. Everything was clean, the apartment is spacious and it has everything needed. When we arrived we call the host and she gave us the keys, The checkout was also very easy. The host replies very quickly. If you need to rent a car, you can check with them before using a rental.
