Nice and clean room in the city center. Family run guesthouse. Kind and helpful owner. In the room above us there was a boy who made a serious nois during his late night coming and the owner tried hard to solve the situation. Everything to prepare tea or coffee in the room.

For somebody could be problematic the position of the bathroom in the floor under us.

Everything was great! A nice room with a small cozy patio-balcony. Everything was available, some dishes, coffee, toaster. We enjoyed having breakfast at the patio. The location is very centrally, near there is a small beach (without sand) but you can swim in the ocean. The owner was very friendly and let us stay longer than the original check-out. Very nice!

There is a construction place not far and in the morning it was a bit loud. But the apartment or the owner cannot do anything about it of course. I am sure it will be over soon.

Outstanding location

Well located. Many restaurants around , 5 minutes walking. Coffee &tea provided in your room. The owners are very helpful for anything you need to know. The lady has even made a bit of laundry for me and free of charge...very nice .

..Not much.... well the mattress is a little too hard and the shower is really good except that you have to close the faucets after 1 minute because the drain doesn't suffice to evacuate the water, otherwise it will flow over.

I felt there like home. Everything was good, the bed, the kitchen, the little attention made by the owner, he was really kind and helpful. The apartment has a perfect location in the heart of the city in front of the buses to go everywhere in the island. I totally recommend.

The host response to my query swiftly. The host even helped me to arrange for pre departure test with a pharmacy at another island. A very considered host. Room is good value, comfortable, and close to the city center.

The owner helped me a lot when I had an accident. He also offered me free water and fruits. Thank you Afonso!

Everything was so perfect. From beginning to the end. The place is nice and cosy, clean and the ocation perfect. I have even been invited for a traditional food dinner with the family...it went beyond my expectations. Afonso did all he could to make me feel very welcomed and he was very helpful..I will definitely go back.

Central, immaculate and clean. Super hosts that will go out of their way to accommodate all their guests. Yes/Coffee in room, even a balcony for those of us that smoke. I'll be back without a doubt. Alfonso thank you so much.

Pracably Perfect in every Way!9

Loved the location, just few minutes away from the port, restaurants and farmers market. Also great place as a base for visiting whole island. No problem with free parking on the street. The room was comfortable with small kitchen and private toilet. Big thank you for Afonso for helping us to rent a car and lovely lunch he made for us. There was also no problem with late check out. Again, thank you for everything to wonerful hosts.

The guesthouse is really close to the center. Perfect base for exploring the island. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is really great he gave me a lot of advices and make me feel at home.
