Where to start! As a family of 4 looking for some chilled time in Vietnam this hotel was perfect! Rooms and beds are small so be sure to upgrade to a larger room if you have children. We were made to feel so welcome at this hotel, all the staff went to extra effort to get to know us and the children and nothing was too much hassle. The pool facilities were lovely, swimming pool was big and all very clean. The shower of water in the pool was exciting everytime it came on, it was as if we were swimming in the rain! The spa was very nice and the massage I had was very good. We took part in all the activities that could be arranged through the hotel, the members of staff who took us to these activities were great, helpful and welcoming. Our children got involved in all the activities on offer, their favourite was the Vietnamese lessons, the ladies who gave the lessons were so kind, patient and encouraging. We were pleased this hotel was just a shuttle ride away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, it was really a little haven and we would recommend anyone visiting this area stays there!

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose. Location outside of Hoi An but there was a shuttle provided by the hotel twice a day. Staff very helpful about everything and very friendly. Definitely will recommend the hotel.

Nothing to dislike

Nice facilities, breakfast buffet (when in operation) was varied.

breakfast buffet only seems to operate when the hotel is up to a certain capacity - this isn’t advertised when booking. Whilst there is an “a la carts” option available instead - this doesn’t include all the options available when the buffet is operating - so whilst you can order as much as you want, the options are more limited when that option is in operation.

The staff who welcomed me with a bright smile and the clean room were also the best. Breakfast in the morning makes me feel good.

Food rooms and some staff

We wanted to swim on one hot night. Got to the pool at 901pm and was chased out by the security. A bit poor

Almost everything was good, service, room, price, swimming pool and so on.

Cua Dai Beach near the resort seemed to be no use to go. Everyone says it's An Bang Beach that you should go to.

Personnel was amazing, room were comfortable, big with amazing view, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were excellent, the breakfast (especially the pancakes) was super & the area was very nice 10’ by car from the old town!

Good view and open space. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is extremely attractive to my kid.

Breakfast is just fine. At night, it's a bit lacking of light. Understandable since it's still a hard time with covid.

The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. We had an amazing stay, and they have great customer service. They are quick to respond to the needs of the customer. They are willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast buffet is great, and the facilities are new and well taken care off. Looking forward to our next visit.
