Staff were extremely friendly and the property had everything that you could need for a short break.

Lovely big room and good location

The room was clean and spacious with a kettle, cups and saucers, teaspoons, tea, coffee, milk and sugar & biscuits, a hairdryer, iron and radiator. The bathroom was clean and modern with a hot shower with strong water pressure. There's a communal kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, grill, chairs and table, I didn't cook but I did make use of the drinking water from the tap. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite, they even brought me 2 small chocolates. I had a wonderful stay, the bed is very comfortable with a good quality duvet and pillows. I got upgraded to a large room, it has a sofa and desk. The city centre is not too far away it's a 25min walk which isn't that bad for me personally.

It was a lovely large room with a decent size en-suite. the TV was large and had a good supply of teabags etc. It was comfortable. We were also lucky to get some chocolates on arrival.

There was so much noise from people above stomping about as there are no carpets. We sadly were awoken by other guests slamming doors at 5am and shouting to their room. This then set off the people above and it was pretty awful. Not the owners fault but sound proofing with carpets may have helped. There were random decoration without a real theme. The duvet was rather worn.
