place felt dirty and indeed while taking a shower, the drain had hair from previous people that were probably staying there before us. although it’s a beautiful property, the cleanliness was lacking !

The staff are fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. We had an early morning flight on a Sunday and the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9 or 9:30am, but the concierge made us coffee and gave us fruit and a hotcake.
There's a bar (with lovely city views) on the top level, which can be a little loud if you are an early-to-bed person. But it quiets down quickly as soon as it closes.

The room was too small and lots of light came through the window ,I was not able to sleep and so I decided to turn the hallway light off

Good location, it was near the principles streets, delicious breakfast and nice room. It was a cool experience. I could enjoy the city.

Room was a bit small with no where to but our luggage and hot water ran out a couple of nights but was fixed right away, we also had the room on the third floor and after a while it was exhausting going up & down the stairs.

my room was close to the rooftop bar, so before closing hours it was quite noisy. This is only a problem if you want to go to bed early

very modern and clean with basic amenities. Liked the drinks and breakfast included for guests.
Having a fan in the room would be nice. The noise level was very noticeable as we could hear conversations and the music/singing from guests or nearby establishments made it hard to sleep.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating when we cancelled the last 2 nights due to being unhappy with our room
The room was very small and poorly furnished. There were no exterior windows, only a window into the hall. The hall light shown into our room all night. The room next door was extremely loud. The "closet" consisted of a crudely made open shelf. The bathroom smelled, no exhaust fan and was very humid. The showerhead only trickled. Two of the towels were torn in half.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic to walk to centre of town. Communal areas are nicely decorated. A decent breakfast included though for the price could have more choice.
There are no lamps in the bedroom so you can have a very intense bright light or complete darkness so not good for relaxing in the room! There was no hot water for a shower although it was turned on when we informed reception. The internet connection was weak but maybe because the hotel is in The Valley.

I like the view to Guanajuato, It’s super close to all the cute places and the people in the hotel were very kind and friendly.
I loved the food it was very delicious, and the restaurant super unique. I definitely will love to stay here again.

We had a free upgrade to an nicer room, the view is nice from the mountains, and the breakfast is great!
