Front desk staff was not very polite. I rbooked 3 rooms for family including ours (all couples) we were supposed to have rooms with balcony facing the GUANAJUATO UNIVERSITY and instead we were given view of an ALLEY. When I asked they said you paid for an alley! I know we all paid extra for a balcony/window if I would have known it was to an alley we would not have paid the extra $$$😡 VERY VERY MISLEADING and the hotel front desk staff did not handle it correctly at all.

Breakfast. It's not in the hotel but you need to walk a hundred metres to have at another hotel. As such, it was not convenient as there is no coffee/ tea maker provided in the room. The earliest you could have a cup was at 8 am

The location of the property is perfect! Rooms are clean and staff was great!

Didn’t have a mini fridge and the pillows where not too comfortable.

The hotel is located right in the center of town. Stunning views and walkable area. Many restaurants and shops are across the street. Felt very safe and comfortable.

I spent about an hour looking for the nearest parking lot for our rental vehicle. It would be great if near-by parking information was made available on the hotel website.

My room number 1 was directly facing the church and had a lovely anteroom and balcony with French doors. the French doors had folding wood inside shutters which you close at night to seal off the noise sbd light. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this lovely town.

The receptionist should have walked me around a bit. I still don’t know if they provided purified water somewhere on the floor outside the room.
