night time lighting could be better especially when arriving in rainy weather.

nice and quiet. relaxing stay. grounds are really nice and well maintained. location is great set amongst vineyards and no adjoining properties.

just little things . more towels, bin wasn’t emptied, half used shampoo left in shower. pool could use a clean. lots of tv channels don’t work

The Villa grounds are superb and beautifully maintained. The whole Villa and grounds are lit at night with solar lanterns and fairy lights…it’s magical! We had a lovely quiet stay, other guests very considerate. Loved the kangaroos that live nearby!

There is no-one there when you arrive…self check in. We were not expecting that, so it came as a surprise. Virtually no WiFi and the phone signal is patchy. This could be a good thing for some people a good thing, but we found it disconcerting. The rooms feel a little tired, but considering the cost of maintaining such a property and the covid years of shutdown, this is understandable. The whole property feels very Mediterranean!!!

Location was fine, Owner was easy to deal with and gave us some options for dinner as well.

The overall facilities were great, they may be getting a bit old and could do with a tidy up.

SMS Message about keys in the Locksafe should be clearer and in sequential order to simplify directions when arriving in the dark. There was no wine in the wine rack, so the mini bar price list should of been removed - we left concerned that we might be billed for 2 bottles of wine that were never there.
