Linn’s place was fantastic. We had a great stay. The house is spacious, in a great location and very clean. The pool is remarkable. We particularly enjoyed the privacy of it and how hot the jacuzzi got. And the house had everything you could imagine, even Xbox, Wii, a cupboard full of games, dvd's, books and toys. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds and bedding are lovely. Everything has been thought of and there are nice, extra touches to the house. We would love to stay there again. Thanks Linn!

A well deserved break for the family after a stressful year... thoroughly enjoyed the house which was as beautiful as photos. Great location and facilities were fantastic. The pool and hot tub just made it so relaxing and fun. We will be back next year!

My partner and I stayed for a week with two of our friends, my daughter and her partner and their 3 month old. The property did not disappoint in the slightest and was true to the description and photographs. We saw two launches on our first day/night! One from the jacuzzi! This was a fantastic way to start our vacation! Listening to our own music on their outside system while swimming was also great. The house has so much space and the landscaping is a tropical delight. This house is spectacular! We had a lovely vacation and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here before heading out on our cruise. The Port is just a mile away. The house had a nice, open feel/flow between the kitchen, dining and living room. Excellent proximity to the beach. House was very clean and impressively stocked with kitchen supplies. Pool and outside jacuzzi were so nice. Very thorough house instructions were provided upon check-in and in a binder. A+ stay

This house is STUNNING! Better than we had dreamed. The landscape is unreal! It felt like we had stepped in a tropical paradise. The house was super clean and is beautiful! We had so much room for our party of 16 to spread out. Every person/couple had their own bed. And there's plenty of places for privacy. The main attraction was the pool and spa. Heated at a perfect temperature and the spa worked like a charm. We especially liked using the firepit in the evening. Linn was great to work with. She was very in responses and checkin was a breeze.

This house was perfect for our big group of folks coming and going at different times. Lots of separate space for folks to do their thing. Host was super responsive and helpful.

Everything was too notch at this rental home. It definitely exceeded expectations. Five stars all the way!!!!

Fantastic spot for our extended family of 11 ranging in age from 9 to 80. The pool and tub were fantastic; a quiet beach was a short walk, and it was very convenient to Disney and Kennedy Space Centre. No complaints.

Perfect place to enjoy the Space Coast with family and friends! We did a broader family reunion combing Thanksgiving for 72 in Titusville with our part of the family getting together one last time before marriages, jobs, etc. scatter us to the four winds. Perfect location for beach activities and easy access to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, The Space Center, etc. Clean, bright, awesome outdoor living area with Pool/spa - watched Monday Night Football form the pool! Highly recommend and we'll be back!

My family and I were super happy with this house. The location is wonderful. The house itself is amazing. The pool, the patios, the furniture, the big TVs in every room, the kitchen is superb, the yard is huge and had a lot of privacy. We just can’t say enough good things about this home. The beach is very close. Definitely walkable. We have already booked next year.

This was one of our best beach vacations. The house was everything the pictures showed and more. All new appliances in the kitchen, not to mention it had everything we needed to cook meals and then some. All the furniture was comfortable and seemed fairly new. The pool was the highlight of the trip. The spa for very hot which we loved after a long day at the beach. It was also an easy walk to the beach. I recommend this house full-heartily.

Great home. Great pool. Great neighborhood. Great communication with owners. The only complaint I have is that we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back!

This house is first class. We felt like royalty staying here. lol. You enter on a private drive. It’s literally the only house on the road. We were greeted with a manatee mailbox, which for us northerners really put us in the mood for a Florida vacation. A door keypad gave us easy access to the home. Linn was very quick to respond to any questions (including where’s the best pizza). We even got to see 2 SpaceX launches while we were there right from the front yard! The pool is the best feature of the property. It’s awesome! It is enclosed in a two story screened in porch, so there were no bugs and the height of the screen made it feel like there wasn’t even one there. The patio furniture is brand new and very well maintained. There is also a huge screened-in upstairs balcony that overlooks the pool. We had our coffee here most mornings. The Bluetooth pool speakers and the firepit were a very nice bonus to our swimming days. The house was very clean. The master upstairs bathroom is incredible, with a rain forest shower and a jacuzzi bath. There was plenty of closet space in every room and plenty of pillows and bedding. We also appreciated all of the big screen TVs. The front patio is also nice. We sat out here quite a bit taking in the ocean breeze. The beach is very close and clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. The house is a short drive from the airport (under an hour), so we were able to start our vacation right away.

We had such a great time at this rental! The home is a treasure. Probably the best VRBO home we have ever rented! The property is beautiful. It’s filled with what appears to be hand-sculpted landscaping. The kids ate mangos right from the tree and we also enjoyed a fresh banana from the bunch that were ripe on the banana tree. Beautiful peacocks roamed the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed feeding them bread. The pool is so nice and the spa was the perfect temp. The pool’s privacy was just what we were hoping for. You could not see another house or neighbor so we could use the pool however we wanted at all hours. Also, there were so many beach toys and chairs, including a wagon to pull it all in. We didn’t have to buy one thing! Plenty of towels were also provided. The beach was very private and not crowded. We walked to the beach most mornings and drove on others. There was always parking. The neighborhood is very nice. Neighbors would wave hello when we walked by. The house itself is wonderful. I do not have one complaint. It was clean. The beds super comfy and an ample amount of space. The kitchen had been freshly painted and it ended up being a gathering spot for the family as there is a huge counter bar. We had a great time cooking. In fact, we never ate out. Everything we needed was there, including a crockpot and a large new grill. There is also a huge table on the patio and in the dining room, so everyone always had a seat. Thank you Linn for sharing your home with us!

We just returned home from our vacation at Lynn’s vacation rental and the whole family cannot stop talking about it. The house was amazing! The location is perfect for beach and theme parks. There was so much space at the house for all of our family. We had ages two years old to 70 years old. The house was sparkly clean and it looked like the walls were freshly painted and the kitchen recently renovated. The kitchen is laid out perfectly and full of every supply you would ever want. The pool is just divine and is probably the cleanest rental home pool we’ve ever seen. The upstairs rooms are huge each with his own private bathroom. The kids loved the loft upstairs where they were able to watch their own movies and play video games while the adults gathered by the TV downstairs. Although every bedroom had his own TV as well. In the evening we all gathered outside the dinner in the screened in porch with either music on or the television. This is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. And that is all due to this beautiful home. The beach is a short walk at the end of the neighborhood. but the house was so nice that we mainly stay there. We will definitely be back and we recommend thid home 100%.

This house is very dirty and not maintained at all. The draws had dust balls all through them. The cabinet handles were falling off. The entire place is in need of a paint job. Nothing maintained well at all. The location is not good for families with children. Close to the ports lot of homeless laying around and graffiti everywhere. Not an area I want my wife and kids staying in. When I informed the owner and showed pictures she completely ignored the subject of a refund. Proving not honorable people. The house speaks 1,000 words. Stay clear of booking this property.

We had a wonderful week at Linn's property! Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) appreciated the open floorplan for group hangouts, as well as the outdoor area for lots of pool fun. The home was large enough, where people could spread out if desired, though. Proximity to beach was fantastic--we typically drove and could usually find a parking spot. Loved all the peacocks! Cocoa Beach was a short distance away and Kennedy Space Center was about 20/25 min. The home itself was clean and well-stocked with towels, a starter set of soap/shampoo/dish soap/tp/paper towel, beach chairs, and pool toys. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Would definitely recommend! Our group is already considering renting again next year :)

We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did. Owner extremely responsive! House impeccably clean. So comfortable and more room than expressed. Oh, and our daughter got engaged while we were there!

We rented this house with several family members and had a blast. House was very clean. We used the pool a lot and the screened in backyard was fantastic. Linn was easy to contact and got back to me very quickly. A couple of things just to know before you go. The listing said 5 bathrooms one half bath. I took that to mean 5 full one half bath. It is actually 4 full one half bath. There are 3 bedrooms down with one full and one half bath. The three bedrooms up all have a bathroom attached. It worked out for us but I would have liked to have that extra full bathroom. Beds were comfy enough and good starter supplies. Plenty of towels for pool/beach/showers. The house is old and definitely showing age signs-carpet, pool needs resurfacing, cabinets need updating. That being said we had a ball and enjoyed our time there. The beach is a couple minute drive down the road. We were able to find parking everyday. If you wait a few minutes someone will leave and you can take their spot. This beach is fantastic for beginner surfing. We rented a board from Ron Jon’s for $10 a day. The pea fouls are everywhere and so fun to see. We did parasailing with Cocoa Beach parasailing and it was wonderful. You can watch the cruise ships come in and out from the beach which was super cool. We have rented beach houses for a lot more in the past so we were used to the super new ones but for the price this one worked out great for our family.

This was a great place. My adult children and grandchildren were staying and the pool and hot tub were great. Peacocks were a wonderful sight. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Only disappointment was that the space launch was continued twice so we did not get to see that. But the house and its location were really wonderful.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. Plenty of space, kids loved the pool... Would definitely stay here again... Probably the nicest VRBO rental I've had.

We were really happy with the property especially the pool. The house is tucked away and landscaped in a way that makes you feel secluded from the outside which was a nice break. We were surprised by the large amount of wild peacocks, but they were fun and not a nuisance. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house was absolutely perfect for the 13 of us. Having 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms was exactly what we needed to make this a grand vacation. The house is a little dated but everything was functional. Very spacious. The pool was great and the safety fencing was such a relief to have since two of my grandchildren could not swim. Linn was great to work with. Very responsive to text questions. The walk to the beach is a bit much with beach gear and little ones and parking is limited at beach access but we made it work quite nicely. A golf cart would have been great to have with the house rental. The “resident” peacocks are amazing. House was clean and well equipped. Thanks to Linn for fulfilling my dream of a family beach vacation!!

Always love staying with Linn! Great experience and this house has everything you’ll need. Plenty of water toys, beach cart, beach canopy, etc. We found ourselves at the hot tub every night both times we have stayed. Overall great host/house!

This house was what my large family needed. It had all the amenities to make a family vacation for ages 1 yr to 62 wonderful. The pool area was very slippery so we had to be very careful walking I would definitely recommend

We loved Linns house! We spent the majority of our time in the pool and hot tub. We loved hanging by the pool and grilling. The yard was spacious enough for the kids to run around and play sports. The house itself was also very spacious so it never felt crowded with our group of 13. We did enjoy heading to the beach close by. We had a group of 7 kids 9 and under and the walk to the beach was a little bit too much for our group so we usually drove. Parking was hard to come by but could have been because during Spring Break. The kids loved all the peacocks in the area. Close to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Our kids wanted to stay another week! If you are looking for a quieter area with a great backyard space, this is the home for you!

Loved this home! There was 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 3, 11, 13, 15). So having space was important, and we had plenty! Loved that there was a kids room with toys and books and a bunk bed! The kids couldn’t stay out of the pool, every minute we were at the house someone was in the pool. Loved the location, was 10 minutes from anything you need. Walk to the beach was about 12 minutes, through a neighborhood. We walked once to get an idea, then drove down the next time with the kids. Loved the beach down from the house! Overall loved the home, definitely will rent again.

This property suited the needs of nine people ages 9 to 76 it just had it all …the pool.. the hot tub ..the outdoor TV ..the grill ..the pool toys ..the beach toys it was just extraordinary .I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s but there’s never been one that was as well equipped as this including a child fence for the pool and a box of plugs to put in light sockets if you have a little people crawling around ….it was remarkable. Working with the owner manager was very simple and when we had an issue she addressed it immediately… it is in a very good location with a walkable access to the beach as well as Cape Canaveral .air boats ,miniature golf, ice cream ….everything that meets the needs of this age group. Enjoy !
