The apartment is perfect. Well appointed with 2 sitting areas, an indoor and a patio dining area, and a small well-appointed kitchen with breakfast items. Would love to visit again.

The beds are uncomfortable. The 2 twin beds were lumpy and springs could be felt. The large bed - 2 singles pushed together which is typical in Europe - were very hard and the gap between the beds was large.

Very spacious appartment in a great location. It was perfect for our family of 4 with the kids having there own room. Also, the view from the balcony is amazing.

The kitchen is a bit dated and was a bit dark due to most of the lights being broken. Also you have to small to wash the dishes due to very limited head heights.

After a 7 day trip to Florence staying at an apartment in the old city, this was indeed a shock. The kitchen draws were grimy; the crockery was poor; the bathroom needs a total refurb. We reported a broken toilet seat within an hour of arrival and it did not get fixed throughout the stay. After walking up to the apartment the door opened up to a storeroom of beds. In the main bedroom there was not a double bed, but two single mattresses. The mattresses themselves were so hard it was like sleeping on a stone block, so much so we had no sleep for the entire stay. Furniture very old and threadbare. The front door did not shut properly and we were instructed to slam it shut. The plaster fell from the stud wall. The property was over priced by at least 200 euros. No receipt for the city tax that was requested on arrival and no support thereafter.

No internet connection, the host gave us the wifi code, but the wifi didn't work, I reported it to the host but it didn't change anything. It was a big problem as I had to check in for my flight and I was not connected to wifi

Great location between Piazza San Marco and Biennale, a few steps from Vaporetto stations "S. Zaccharia" and "Arsenale". The apartment is located on the highest floor and consists of two levels - sleeping on lower level; eating, lounging and the splendid terrace on the upper. The nicely furnished apartment was quite snug for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the host was great, and meeting for check-in was easy and on time. A big plus was effective air conditioning during the hot summer days.

Good location it's a bit(just a bit) far walking to San Marco But more quiet and away from crowd of people From windows 2nd floor you will see a ship a boat in-out kids love its Very good choice, I love this place
