Modern air conditioned apartment with all facilities, eg washing machine, dish washer, full cooking utensils, nexpresso machine etc. Pool was small but quiet. Near the end of the beach. View over the Adriatic.

Marko met us upon arrival with the keys to our apartment and showed us around the apartment. He also gave us details of local shops, restaurants and beaches which we found very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed including a coffee machine, hairdryer and iron. The apartment was a short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute taxi from Split centre.

Everything! It was an amazing place to stay. 10 minute Uber drive from split town. Amazing views of the sunrise and really close to the beach too. The host was really lovely and helped us a lot. The apartment was much better than expected with a fully fitted kitchen and loads of appliances! I highly recommend 🙌

Excellent property. Great location within walking distance of Split Old Town. Property spacious, modern and clean. Good pool area with loungers / parasols and close to the beach. Marko was very helpful and arranged transfers from and to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

The site manager, Marko, as very helpful and friendly.
The apartment was superb in all respects:
- great location 5 minutes walk from the beach
- very comfortable, lovely beds and good aircon (it was 36⁰ when we arrived!)
- well equipped (we literally only needed to bring clothes and beach towels, and bought groceries at the local Lidl) - even up to a 3-D TV
- very clean, and with sea views too
The swimming pool was nice too.
