The location was perfect, apartments were clean with direct access to the beach. It was easy to get to the railway station too. A cozy place to stay.

Mieszkanie całkiem w porządku, w miarę czyste. Nielicznym atutem był garaż. W pieszej odległości przystanek kolejowy (10-12 min) za godzinę da się dostać do Barcelony pociągiem (5,5 EUR). Lokalizacja dobra jak by było lato - plaża 100 m, obok restauracja. Niestety zimą z tego nie korzystaliśmy.

Bielizna niestety nie była czysta szczególnie ręczniki. Pasowałoby zostawić w kuchni trochę soli, cukru oraz oleju. W łazięce się przydał by zapas papieru.

The apartment was very nice, clean, with very well equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which was very convenient. We liked it also because it has two rooms, with a very comfortable bed (160x200), blanket and pillows. We slept really very good. In the living room there is also a huge television, but sadly with only Spanish programs (German and English would be a plus). From the balcony you can also see a little bit of sea, which is very nice. To the train station you need to walk approx. 8 min. The best is to go through the beach, which is reachable in 1-2 minutes from the apartment. The beach is very nice, sandy and clean. In the town, close to the train station, there is a nice supermarket, where we, even as vegans, found a lot of options to eat. We were driving to the Barcelona and back almost every day, and the drive was a little bit over 1 hour. There is even a night bus driving to the center of the Barcelona or to the airport. Ana, the manager of the apartment, which we met in person, was also very very nice, always available for any questions. We very much liked our stay in this very nice apartment and lovely village.

The only thing which was a little bit annoying were loud neighbors, moving chairs and running through the apartment very early in the morning or late at night. It looks like that the building is very poorly sounds isolated, but this has nothing to do with the apartment itself. We were on holidays, so we tried not to be bothered about it. One tip would be for the neighbors to put some soft flor protector pads on the chair legs, which would probably help some.

Le soleil ,la température agréable et voir la mer ….

L environnement de l immeuble est très bruyant , on entendait les occupants de l étage parler , et la nuit ces personnes faisaient la fête !!!! Très difficile de dormir . Question cuisine ,le micro onde ne fonctionne pas , les poêles sont très usagées et il manque une cafetière classique . Pour terminer , nous trouvons que le prix de la location est un peu élevé par rapport à l environnement , l accueil inexistant, et en novembre .

We were here last year & were very happy with everything about the apartment, but this year it was not the same. The best part is the location, 1 min walk from the beach & 15 from Sant Pol center. Apartment is well equipped & furnished although this time we had a tiny balcony table and no single couch. Bed is comfortable and parking is available (private & public)

Like I mentioned this year was not great. The price for the exact same nights in the same dates was much more expensive (<20% increase!). We were also asked to pay 30€ for cleaning fees for our cat which we were not asked last year. But the WORST was that we had flees in our sofa....yes flees!! Both me & my partner were bit. The covers of the sofa were changed after our complaint but no discount or anything was offered to us (&we still had to pay the 30€ for the cat). We also had problems with a resident neighbour who would wake us up every other day with her angry shouting and screaming. So basically we paid a lot more for flees, a loud neighbour and a tiny balcony table with a broken chair.

It is a quiet place.

The sheets were clean but they had been standing for too long, so they felt and we had to wash them.

It was in close proximity to the beach but had to go under an old low bridge to get there which was a bit strange as though we were directly on the beach. But it was close. You could walk to restaurants and supermarket. It was pet friendly and it had parking.

It smelt of dampness and the towels also smelt of dampness. Wouldn’t let the kids walk to the beach on there own as the path way was a bit precarious. The view was looking into the back of other apartments with a hint of the sea in the background. It looks like the block has several apartments that they own.
