Awesome location with tram and underground lines write out the door. Very accessible touristing location.

Challenging to check in. We were asked to submit a passport or driver's license. We submitted a driver's license and then were asked the day of for a passport. After submitting that, the code was still not activated upon our planned arrival time. The situation was resolved quickly but still frustrating.

Location, facilities, space and furniture were perfect no complaints at all from any of us and we would happily stay at the property again.

Sometimes the shower would be cold but it wouldn’t last long

It was very difficult to activate the door unlock code. We had no connection with the host. It is a miracle that a person appeared to help us.

Location near U bahn. Easy to collect the keys

Claeanliness, furniture, no communication with property. We checked out after first day because we were not satisfied with accommodation and changed accommodation (paid double for two days) and we got only auto generated messages from owner. Pictures of apartment on booking site and in reality differs. Building in which apartment is very old and dirty.

Big flat, good location and fast answer from the people who rent out the place.

The apartment was extremely dirty! The floor was dirty, and there was spots on the couch (which also was a bed..). But I told the people who rent out and hope they will take it up with the cleaners.

The location is in a vibrant part of Berlin, and only a two minute walk from the metro and tram station which is a few stops away from most landmarks. Clear instructions were given by the host for self check in. Off street parking is available a 5-minute walk away from the apartment.

The place is extremely noisy and infested with flies. The flat is on the first floor overlooking a courtyard within the building. The courtyard houses all the waste bins so you are greeted with a horrible smell as soon as you walk into the building. This is probably the reason for all the flies in the apartment. We even found some dead flies in the fridge and informed the host who responded with what appeared to be an automated message about emptying the bins and checking out on time! The apartment is in need of refurbishment. It is basically much less looked after than the photos show it be (loose door handles, skirting boards and the washing machine door for example). Given the apartment's location on a busy street with many cafes and bars, the noise is extraordinary and carries on until the early hours of the morning. The sound of people accessing the courtyard is also amplified and this all made it difficult for us to get much sleep.
