Breakfast menu could be better

We had a wonderful stay at Lapis Inn Hotel&Spa.From the moment we stay they got in touch with me if they can do anything else for me if I need to reserve a transfer from the airport to the hotel or arranging any tours in the city.The hotel is located right at the heart of the old city. The complimentary breakfast was also very good with the panoramic view of the hotel terrace.The rooms were clean and comfortable.the staff was also always eager to help the guests.I would definately stay there for my next trips to Istanbul.

Good location, right outside sultanahmet (blue mosque) T1 tram line, everything within walking distance. Recommended for families, but not many options for breakfast.

The location could not be better and a million dollar view of the Blue Mosque and other sights. The roof top is amazing. There are restaurants, coffee shops within steps. The staff is so helpful, OCON was especially helpful upon check-out and getting my bags to the Taxi. Great Stay!

• bathroom’s shower - water splashed outside the shower. • I wish air conditioner can be controlled individually by room guests. it was too warm.

The staff was really nice, friendly and supportive. The breakfast included in the rate was amazing. Perfect location and excellent cleaning.

Excellent location in old town Istanbul very close to Hagia Sophia and other historical sights. Comfortable enough room at reasonable price providing fair value.

it is rated too high. I would give more than 3 stars. The room I was staying had very bad accustoms so I could hear very load voice from the adjacent room till 2am. They advertise having Turkish Bath but actually they do not have it. the breakfast was the same for 3 nights and it was mediocre.

excellent position, good breakfast, wonderful view in the terrace.

the room was not so comfortable and not maintained well. Very small toilet and the windows faced to the back (bad smell from outside).

Staff are extremely helpful. The place is very clean. Breakfast is good.

Sauna was not working. Was really disappointing. Price was high compared to the size of the rooms. Restaurants next door are a big rip off. They ripped me off when I first arrived. They charged me 278 TL for a wrap and coke. Which is over 12 Euros.

great location close to all the sites which can be reached on foot. roof top breakfast area had a great view of the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia.

aircon didn’t work very well but opened window instead as it was cold outside.
