i cannot picture a better place to stay in Marrakech! after being in a couple of Riads, this was my favorite. Hospitality, location, services, food, rooms, price…everything is perfectly planned to give the best to the costumers and the owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. The cherry on the cake is the fabulous collection of art work spread all over the building. I can’t recommend this Riad enough. In fact, I already recommended to friends that are visiting Marrakech by end of the year. It is outrageous to me that someone would give less than a 10 for this place!

I read “complaints” here that do not make sense to me. “The shower broke” - yes, one day it will break, including in your house. was it solved by the property? yes? then there is no reason to complaint. “its too noisy in the middle of the spices market, and the surrounds are dirty” - it is barely noisy but guess what, you can see the location in the map before booking! if you don’t like the atmosphere of being in the middle of the Medina, don’t book in the area! “the inside of the Riad is too quiet” - I guess there is just no way to please people 🤣

Riad Noos Noos is a little slice of heaven, from the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded. The staff are wonderful, the tangine dinner was excellent, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. We ended our day with the on-site Hammam and massage. Truly a perfect evening in Marrakech! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality ❤️

The owner and staff made me feel welcome .They were extremely helpful, e.g. when making phone calls to confirm excursion plans. A session in the in-house hammam was a great, relaxing, refreshing experience. I also had a delicious meal at the Riad one evening. The Riad is located very close to lots of interesting places and several restaurants in Marrakech. It is also 5 minutes' walk from an excursion pick-up point. I was met there when I first arrived.. I would never have found it otherwise as it is hidden away behind the spice market. The colours, sights and sounds of the market were a great introduction to Marrakech. Many thanks to M. Laurent and his team for a great stay!

Wow- such an amazing Riad! My whole family loved it. The decor is wonderful, my children adored it and appreciated all of the antiques and interior design. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. A wonderful roof top terrace for Breakfast. You can purchase wine and beer and enjoy in such peaceful surroundings in what is a chaotic city! A piano, pool table, games, there is plenty to see and do, our children didn't want to leave and wander around Marrakech! we booked the lilac room with a double bed up some stairs on a mezzanine level- the children slept on comfy single sofa beds downstairs. It was stunning!

Little Oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Fabulous food but most amazing staff who were super helpful and friendly. Everything in this Riad is immaculate. Enjoyed watching sunset on terrace overlooking city,would return in a flash.Thank you for the chance to stay here

Excellent service from the whole team, this is a lovely Riad to stay in. Not far from the main sights, but less frenetic than those Riads North of the square. Catering was excellent (we dined one evening) and the roof terrace exceptional. We tried three Riads in Marrakech on and off over two weeks and overall this was the best.

The location was perfect. The riad itself is beautiful and you are within walking distance of almost everything you would want to see in Marrakech.

Room was great. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast every mornig was great too. Staff friendly and useful. Good language skills. The place was clean and tidy in general. Everything worked.

Location was great but not amazing. There is a mosk next to the riad, so you can hear the pray call early in the morning.

Beautiful riad, hugely recommend. Stunning. And staff exceptional especially Simo and Hussein.

I hadn't been to Marrakech for 15 years, what a change. Some real rudeness in the medina, sworn at, insulted. Also ever present numerous motorbikes whizzing through market all the time. Really think Marrakech should ban these. I don't think I'll go back to Marrakech despite stunner of a riad, though I will return to Morocco.

A great place for your stay in Marrakech. The staff makes sure you feel at home and will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. The breakfast was very good as well.

We book a room online and once we arrived there we got a different room then the one we liked .

We were sad to leave. Felt like home. Our very favourite thing was sitting in sunshine on the roof patio, watching the storks. But also really liked the staff - warm and kind and efficient.

Laurent and the staff were super-friendly and helpful in every way possible, always happy to chat and advise on the best ways to enjoy the city. We were out a lot of the time but could just as pleasantly have spent more time in the Riad itself, enjoying drinks on the sun roof or Fatima's terrific cooking. The one evening meal we had there was the best of the week.

Don't be put off by the nearby streets looking a little 'rough and ready' - enjoy the fact you are in the heart of the centuries old Spice Market !

We loved everything about this riad. Laurent and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to arrange transport and offer suggestions for what to do. The riad and the rooms are even prettier than in the photos and our dinner was delicious. The area was nice and peaceful compared to other souks.

We had to leave.

We stayed one night and everything was excellent.

Great location and very close to attractions. Very clean and tidy Riad filled with antiques. Breakfast was home made by the staff. Excellent management, nothing was too much trouble. Simo , one of the managers was particularly helpful and keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent place, near to Bahia palace, great service and readiness to help with all information, rich breakfast and comfortable rooms. Simo and the owner did perfect welcome explanations and followed all of my stay in Riad.

An oasis of tranquility in the midst of the busy souks of Marrakech. Quiet, clean, great value for money.

location is central and the Riad is like a small piece of different museums! very unique and very special decorated! the hotel staff are very kind and the breakfast very good! The owner lives with his kids, so you have the feeling that you are a guest in family:)

Bathroom smell from sewage? For late riser people, the riad at morning is noisy (prayer, kitchen, clock, kids, other guests,...) The owner was upset about not paying the tax, dinner, extras, ...etc. in local money and using the credit card. I suggest for future to include the tax in the price and charge the extras with local money (not pricing in Euro and ask for payment in Dirham :)
