É um bom hotel em termos de conforto, embora o café da manhã seja apenas razoável. A localização, próxima do centro histórico, é um positiva em termos turísticos.

A rua do hotel e as redondezas são muito sujas. O centro está empobrecido, cheio de camelôs, moradores de rua e tudo mais. Em algumas ruas o cheiro de xixi é insuportável.

Metro Station (underground/subway) is literally around the corner, shopping district and currency exchange is also really close. Shower was hot and had great water pressure

Wifi was infuriatingly slow and intermittent. Getting more than 1 mbps was rare. Wouldn’t choose the hotel is you are planning to work from there. A/C and minifridge are LOUD

A localização é muito boa, próximo ao metrô e centro histórico. O atendimento foi excelente, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Ótimo custo benefício.

O cofre não funcionou no quarto e os quartos poderiam ser mais claros.

A acomodaçao foi excelente, a euqipe muito simpática, muito solicita. Muito atenciosos Café da manhã muito bom Tudo super limpinho arrumadinho e cheiroso Recomendo a todos!

Las camas eran amplias y suaves, y el hotel estructuralmente es muy bonito. El desayuno también tenía varias opciones.

No es culpa del hotel, pero los ruidos de la calle se escuchan mucho en la noche.

Todo impecable en cuanto a la habitacion e instalaciones. Ubicado cerca de todos los puntos importantes y a 1 cuadra del subte. Súper recomendable!!!

Tal vez más variedad de desayuno pero lo que habia era muy bueno.

Hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.

El menú es poco variado de servicio a la habitación, además es hasta las 23:00 y no tienen servicio a la habitación toda la noche. Tampoco no tiene botella de agua en la habitación, personal poco amable en el servicio de desayuno (garzonas) y estacionamiento muy lejano al hotel con el riesgo de que pase algo en el trayecto desde el estacionamiento al hotel.

The hotel is located in downtown if that is what you want. The staff was friendly, modern elevator.

The pillows need changing, the beds were not comfortable, the towels were always being changed in my room and sometimes they left me with no hand towel or only one towel or no bathroom rug. The do not make the room signed was not respected. Room service never alswered.

Room smelled very bad throughout the whole stay. AC did not work and the Wi-Fi was hit and miss. When it worked, it was very slow and timed out a lot. The street noise at night with all the honking cars, trash pick up in the middle of the night etc. made sleeping through impossible.

1. Lacks the basics such as a hairdryer or a matress in the bathroom 2. Heater or air conditioning is awful: either on or off - it's hell or Antarctica 3. No water? Empty fridge with no glasses 4. Shower was spraying water to all directions! 5. Toilet paper is so thick and hard it could be a nail file 6. Makes no sense walking to a hotel 3 blocks away to validate my parking ticket. If you have a car, GET ANOTHER HOTEL! 7. Breakfast with no spoon for cereals? Everyday is a patience test with small coffee spoons.

The room and some areas looked run down! Bathroom not well clean and the floor even had some hairs and dirt! Both the shower and the sink were clogged up.

Shower - water pressure non-existent.

Receptionists were very friendly, our superior double was a great size compared to other room sizes we saw. The breakfast was very good and diverse.

The apartment was a little too dry and hot leaving us both with irritations. Or ac unit did not work for cooling the room. The toilet also didn't flush well and kept coming on during the night spontaneously to refill which was loud. The gym is also not working well enough to be a feature of this hotel worthy of nothing on the site.

The air conditioner was not working and the didn’t fix over my stay there. when approaching the staff they told me this was it and the didn’t know how long it would stay like that. The days in Santiago were really hot, I couldn’t bear to stay at the room in the afternoon.
