Breakfast was ok if a bit limited

The restaurant closed at 7.30, which for a hotel was very early They charges 1500 thb PER NIGHT for a fold up bed for our small kid even though we had a 2 bed appartment. We thought this exceptionaly high for Thailand, it was about the same as we were paying per head for the whole place.

The best was the space of the room. We (2 people) have had a 144 m2 appartment with a tarrace, two bathrooms, huge kitchen and space for huuuge family. The sea view was great, and you cannot really complain about anything which relates to the room.

It's in the middle of nowhere. 500 baths to the town one way (hotel transfer) - Grab drivers do not accept the ride, Bold does not exist. Nothing around. We were in November, it was raining just before we arrived, so the only road to civilization was just flooded. No way to walk to the nearest restaurant or bar. Breakfast was the most disappointing breakfast in a 5* hotel I have ever experienced. It's a mixture of continental (with poor choices) plus a'la carte - but what they served was just on a 'street food level'. Beach or sea access does not existed. The part of the shore at the hotel was not only "rocky". It was as dirty as I have NEVER seen in my life. The shore was full of waste, plastic bags, bottles and other stuff. There was no option to have a walk either way.

The cleaning team for the villa was extraordinary. The view from villa was wonderful. For the rest, it was very poor. The manager was invisible even if I asked three times to see him. The food was horrible at the restaurant at any time. The welcome at arrival was terrible. You can get so much better for this price in Thailand.

Facility is excellent, secluded and away from the city

Front Staff was rude, they did not help carry bags to the 4 the floor or the villa we were staying, we asked for rooms together but they gave us the room on opposite side of the property

The location is a bit far out.

Breakfast was well cooked and in the main restaurant. Very relaxed and friendly. Evening meal options were extensive and very tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were nothing short of fantastic, right down to the bath large enough for 10 people! The view from the large balcony is one of the best I have experienced, this from a person that has travelled most of the world. Wonderful hotel. I will be back in the future I hope...

Room size was amazing including separated room for the kids with shower toom, and a huge salon and dining room and great kitchen and big balcony and laundry and dryer machines View from the balcony was amazing Smart t.v in the salon and in the parents roon Staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel is far from the noisy beaches and streets but still jot too far when you have a car..

Clean pools, ok food big rooms with everything you need. Quiet and relaxing.

Hard beds. Small portions of food. Very little staff. For eksample the restaurant, it seemed like only 2 people worked there and it took us 1,5 hours to get our food at one point. Also we had to order our dinner before 17.30 but we could have it served later in the evening. Also no kids menu. The english knowledge of the staff were poor and alot of misunderstandings occured due to that. Also the website stated that they had a kidsclub. This was closed for no apparent reason, but we could use the room if we wanted to. But The room was old, dirty and smelled awful. The same goes for the toys in there. Humid and mold could be smelled and seen. Gym was poorly equipt. Also shasa is far away from good beaches and the center of the island so there is nothing you can walk to. I find it amusing that the photos of the hotels "beach" are clearly photoshopped because there is nothing but sharp rocks and garbage there. Practicly a useless beach. The place needs an upgrade in some places. Railing on the balcony was rotten and paint on the building peeled of.

The breakfast is much less than the expectation of 5-start hotel...

There was no staff during night, so we were very fearful when hearing some wired sounds in midnight...Did not sleep almost the whole night...

The internet wasn't the fastest and had issues from time to time

Far from the main streets, staff available until 10 pm after that no one attends the front desk, no taxis are available, the rooms look old

We love our room ,good view and we want to come back soon

The breakfast menu is very limited. The path into the pool is quite steep for the elderly. The route to the hotel is quite difficult.
