The apartament lacked air conditioning

Facilities and service are great. Very clean. Location wise a peaceful and relaxing but convenient as only a 5 minute drive to the Ciutadella city and big super market.

Bed on one side was uncomfortable due to the spring protruding. The toilet was a little noisy when flushed.

everything was great. we arrived at night and the receptionist called us to let us know where they would leave the keys for us. we did the check in next day without any problem. i haven’t slept so good in a hotel bed for years. the apartment had everything we needed. very spacious and clean. swimming pool very close to the apartment so it was very comfortable for us. if we go back to menorca we will come here without any doubt.

Good and quiet location a short ride from Ciutadella, only metres away from a supermarket and a couple of cafes, walking distance from the beach Cala Blanes, staff very nice and professional, always available in case of questions or assistance. Apartment with all you need for your stay. Overall i had a very good stay

Sofabed could be improved, mattress a bit too soft but that can be personal taste. A couple of shelves in the bathroom would help with toiletries
