The A/C kept changing temperature 😪 Hot water was only warm !!!!! Should have quality coffee in hand at the lobby at all hours

Room was spacious and comfortable

The breakfast was unacceptable for the hotel. Was not a lot of choice and staff were reluctant to fill empty hot plates. Will not stay again for this reason alone.

the hotel on the whole was not too bad especially for the cost, pool was nice and gym fully equipped, breakfast was quite ok and plenty of choice

the room I booked was quite nice and modern but the WIFI did not work which was important for me so we were moved to anther room with WIFI but the room was quite dated and we had a few problems with Aircon which was fixed quite quickly and another problem with lights coming on in the night on there own, the bed was also very uncomfortable

This property is located on the main road. will hear the noise from the road if stay nearby the road. I did book the room with the stove but they don’t provide you any pan or pot for cooking, so no point to book the room with stove. When I rang the receptionist guy, what he said to me was they gonna give pan or kitchen kind of stuffs for the person who stay for a year or more….. I try not to give this kind of comments as because I am Thai too but the system keep asking me to review this…so!!!!

No hot water. Staff didn’t do anything about it. Not told times for breakfast. On website it said till 10:30 but it actually stops at 10:00 so missed breakfast.

I have stayed more than 10 times so far. The evaluation in this stay is bad. After 9 pm, the water supply broke down and no water came out, so we couldn't use the shower and toilet. We used the toilet at a nearby gas station. Also, there was no announcement of this failure. It's a very good hotel, but this time it was very disappointing.

I stayed in a newly renovated room. It was clean and comfy. I like the lighting in the room. I also like how the light can’t travel through the curtains.

I did not like how the hotel placed the TV. It was too close to the wall, I could not plug in HDMI cable. I did not like breakfast the the hotel. Everything was way to sweet and the breads were very old.
