The staff is proficient, most of them are smiling and welcoming questions even the weardest ones... This is my second time staying in this hotel.. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT FOR LOCATION AND EFFICIENT STAFFF.

Breakfast should contain more selections considering the catagory of the hotel. I wish the hotel has more facilities for disabled like wheel chairs and toilet gadgets

Very cozy and comfortable hotel with all modern conveniences in the very historic center of Kyiv. All the greatest sightseeings are close at hand! The views from my room were absolutely stunning: the Dnipro river and both banks of the city surprised me deeply with its beauty. The room itself has everything you need, it's very light and comfortable, made in a classic style, as well as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was held on the top floor of a classy restaurant with unsurpassed views. I was extremely satisfied with the breakfast, and especially with the local coffee! Also, I'd like to thank girls-front office managers! Special thanks to Anna: very skilled, pleasant, nice and polite administrator.

perfect location, polite , professional and welcoming staff, comfortable and warm (freezing outside) room with nice bed, nice and clean toiled and shower. i would gladly go back again and recommend it to others.

OK, we are still amidst Covid crisis and talking about a country with known financial and political issues let alone the ongoing war with Russia. Taking all this into account, I was positively surprised by what I came across.

The price

No room service, the restaurant was closed. Asked the front desk why, they said no it is open.need less to say no one new what was going on.

Very good staff

No toothbrush and paste. Shampoo was not good as it lacked moisture. The room was porous I could hear a person snoring in the other room.

very nice old school hotel in the heart of the city with killer views. even though the facilities are somewhat outdated the rooms are very clean and staff is friendly. we really enjoyed our stay
