The room is not ready to stay.The water heater was broken. It takes a very long time to follow the machanic. (30-40 minutes) It was a very late night nearly 11 pm. Finally I request to change the room. The hotel change to the smaller one but not refund the room for me. So I ask for the refund. The hotel partially refunds the room rate in cash.

Good lcation, very comfy beds

it’s a basic hotel. I booked it only and only for the view. we booked the luxury deluxe room with panaromic view. the view sold me. it’s quite a walk to the dragon bridge. the have a mini market below the hotel. the kettle was broken, they fixed it. hot water shower was available. breakfast was decent. many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. bang opposite to the promenade. decent place. since we stayed out majorly, so would recommend. or else there are better options nearby if you want to enjoy the hotel.

the amenities have become old. since the room was big, there wasn’t enough lights. they badly need to provide some. they don’t provide iron. we have to give it to the laundry services. we asked for a glass and ice. they couldn’t provide that too.

My room had the most spectacular views of the Han river from the Dragon Bridge, to the ferris wheel and beyond. It was wonderful to see the colourful lights at night on the boats cruising the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful extremely helpful, printing out train tickets and organising my taxis to and from the airport, and train station. What would I have done without them? The Hotel is in an excellent location, step out the door and you are surrounded by really nice restaurants, and in next street you will find the famous Han market. Very quiet, clean, and I wish to highly recommend the Sun River Hotel. 10/10!

Well located in a lively neighbourhood

Bathtub cracked every time we were showering, as it was going to break down any minute. It was not so clean, in fact they seem to have an ant problem.

Good location, Good service

The hotel location is very good, it's near the dragon bridge, night market, love bridge, and Pink church. It's very convenient to walk to each place. The room rate is a reasonable price and also is delicious breakfast. I would recommend it if you are looking for a hotel with a good location.

We had great views of Han river and importantly, great sunrise view without moving from bed!

perhaps due to covid there was lack of staff and they packed visitors to the lower floors. we would have preferred higher floors although the hotel wasn’t full
