Great Location at the tail of the dragon Bridge

Locatie, het hotel was super, schoon, stijlvol en luxe! Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Spa was heerlijk, zwembad prachtig. Het personeel krijgt een 10!!!!

Central location and a great room with a view of the dragon bridge. Staff were fantastic. Great view from their sky bar.

Bathroom was too small - two people could not be in there at the same time. The room design was poor as there was no space for a second suitcase to be off the floor despite the room having enough room for this to occur. Coffee at breakfast was poor quality for a 4 star hotel.

Location: I chose this hotel because of its location - at the tail-end of the dragon bridge. To see fire and water spitting show (Saturday and Sunday for roughly 10 mins), one can take a leisurely walk of 680m on the bridge to cross the river to the head-start of the dragon bridge. Near to many places: airport, Han market, right next to Charm museum (did not visit). A little far from the beach (since it is next to the river) but take a grab car will reach the beach quickly. Room: I booked a room with river view. Good nice view of the dragon bridge. Downsides are the noises from the buzy cross junction and the singing/dancing performance at the river side. Kind of noisy. Lucky the singing and dancing ends somewhere between 10 pm and 11 pm. Breakfast: I will say it is decent and OK with enough variety. I happened to like the breakfasts at the hotel Hoi An earlier. Staff: Service is average. Staff will not acknowledge you, nor are particularly helpful. If you ask, they will help. Facilities: Swimming pool kind of small, not inviting. TV channel: They have CNA channel news asia which I usually tune in when I travel

The staff will help and will get the job done for the guests but not particularly friendly or helpful. But this is not to fault them. The service is still good.

Nous sommes arrivés avant midi, nous avons fait le check-in mais la chambre n'était pas encore prête, nous avons donc décidé de découvrir la ville. A notre retour le soir à 20h00, nos bagages n'évaient toujours pas été montés dans notre chambre, ils étaient restés à l'accueil ( Lobby) toute la journée, même pas mis dans le local a bagages.... et tout cas sous prétexte que nous n'avions pas signé un document, c'est ce qu'ils m'ont donné comme excuse, Un grand hôtel comme ça qui laisse traîner les bagages dans une si jolie entrée, je n'ai pas apprécié que mes bagages restent traîné là.

Взяли номер Spa Included - и нам вместо спа дали скидку на 20% на посещение спа. По факту мы переплатили за скидку на спа, которым даже не пользовались 🤷🏼‍♀️

Its location is really good. Near the Dragon bridge and the Han River. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast so so only cos most of the days all dishes the same except the soup noodles, either chicken or beef.
