The hotel is cozy and the room service is excellent and accommodating. They provide slippers, water (although the water in the sink is safe to drink), daily cleaning, fresh towels, and more. They even lent us an umbrella when it rained. Plus, it was in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. I can even see Han river tower from our window.

Water is not so hot and it's quite noisy in the morning from the cafe downstair

The hotel has a good location, in the center of Da Nang. The staffs were nice & supportive. They have a swimming pool with magnificent view as well. Other services are also available (motorbike for rent, coffee shop…). Plenty of supermarkets & convenient stores nearby.

The city-view room was a bit noisy at night. But the staffs were flexible to let me change to another room immediately.

Large studio room and very helpful staff.

Long walk to the beach.

We are group of 3 friends travelling together. 2 stayed in family room and 1 stayed in dormitory. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff were super welcoming and helped bring our bags up to room. While we were checking in, we were offered a welcome drink. They were very helpful in organising drivers and day trips for us. The family room was spotless and well taken care of. The dorm rooms are divided into smaller rooms so that there are only about 4 beds per room with individual lockers for storage. Overall we were happy with our booking.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, es gibt sogar eine kleine Küche. Alles ist modern und neu. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf die Lichtinstallation des Mariot Hotels.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war kleiner als erwartet.

It was a very nice and well-kept hotel. Our suite on the 8th floor was facing the street. The room was very spacious and modernly furnished. It was also very clean. There is the possibility to watch Netflix. The pool on the roof was a dream. We felt comfortable and many thanks to the nice cleaning staff who only came when you left the room.

The accommodation was not easy to find, i.e. the entrance to reception. It is located at the back of the café. The hotel offers tours. Attention, a trap! We wanted to go to Hoi An with a stop on a sightseeing tour. We were not informed that we would be taken by taxi to the bus, which stopped briefly at another hotel. The guide didn't pay any attention to us. We stopped at a huge shop with figurines for sale for 20min. Then the actual attraction for which we had to pay extra and the guide ignored us. After 40 minutes it was all over, far too little time and unfriendly in Hoi An, suitcases out somewhere and goodbye! The lady from our hotel said we had only booked a "tour". In the end we were simply taken for a ride for a lot of money! Booking a car through Grab is cheaper!

The location was great,had anything we wanted within the reach. he room was spacious enough for two to work, Also there is cowork space if you need one, which was comfortable too. We had lots of help and support from Nathalie, many many thanks to her!

I like asian food and hope it's more for breakfast but it's okay, it's great.

Breakfast is great and affordable. Staff was very nice and helpful, they can provide mostly every service we need for travel. Also, if they cannot provide something, they will try their best to get information and make sure that they can help us with their best. Nice place

Great location with can easily connect to many restaurant, riverside with bar, club, coffee shop, ... especially, we can walk to the Dragon Brigde to watch the fire show. Great view toward the river. Staff is nice, other things are fine

Lovely studio room with small kitchen to cook in . Netflix was a big bonus.

Comfy bed, white linen, the common area, showers and toilets had a hotel finish which was nice. On the ground floor there is a cafe which I didn’t use but you can use the seating area during the day and night. There was a filtered water and hot water machine that was fixed during my stay but no cups or anything provided. I used one from the cafe. Booked a day trip to Ba Na Hills from reception and my bus to Da Nang

When I checked in they asked me to write on a form my name, email and WhatsApp number. Within an hour I had messages from American, Vietnamese and British numbers contacting me about jobs and postal scams. I told the hotel to remove my number from wherever they had uploaded it. The guy at reception said I must have left my number at a cafe somewhere but I insisted it was from here and they removed my number.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was nice and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was good - it's a little far from the beach, but on the other hand, it's closer to all the local happening stuff (good food, bars, etc) in the city.

The working elevator was slow, and it takes several seconds before it starts moving. The other elevator was not working. They should really hire someone to take a look at the elevators and make sure it's safe. The pool is a little small in real life.

Good room, good space and good AC. The staff nice, she let me check in early. I love theirs service, kind and nice with everyone. Delicious breakfast with the price 120.000. Outdoor swimming pool with good view I will be back again

It’s a cozy hotel. Room is very clean and comfortable that it feels like home. I really like the design. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone takes care of you like family. Hotel’s breakfast is great and tasty. Location is very good, close to restaurants, cafe and walking distance to the Han market. Highly recommended!

Brand new hotel in the city center. The hostel just opened and all the furniture are brand new. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful! There is a swimming pool in the rooftop which is available to use every day from 7 am to 10pm. I had a great time!!

Tolles Zimmer, groß, sauber und bequemes Bett. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Wir hatten es im Preis mit drin. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel auf dem Dach noch einen Pool. Ich war auch kurz am Abend drin. Der ausflickt war echt toll.
