I hate the room size and there is no open windows too messy

Location is suitable. Room was big enough for two persons. The bed was large and comfortable. Good aircon. Breakfast had a wide selection with western, south Indian and north Indian options.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Temperature control was pathetic. Was getting very cold. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, no efforts were taken to improve. For name sake they sent an engineer who knew nothing and didn't solve the problem but just kept reassuring that temp will get better but it didn't and I couldn't sleep properly at all

Excellent breakfast. The staff are very pleasent.

I feel if booking is done via booking.com, they tend to give you slightly low grade rooms.. The bed was hard and some of power points did not work, view was zero.. I have had great rooms in Savera when booked direct. Still I like the place and their service

Excellent multi cuisine breakfast and the coffee was amazing

The rooms had a bit of a smell, the fridge was old and ineffective, and some of the plug points do not work well

Great, comfortable room, delicious food (ordered in twice), warm staff, everything functions smoothly like a well-oiled machine.

Everyone expects a tip, it was a bit tiring and annoying.
