Plenty towels in bathroom. Excellant breakfast. Suggest for early morning check-outs to provide option to swap with a lunch or dinner on the prior day. For example, booked 4 days but checked out 4am; so give option to have lunch or dinner on the 3rd day. If not for all, maybe for those asking customers. NB: we are aware of the early morning packed sandwiches anyway. Many thanks.

The breakfast was cold; they don’t have food warmers for the breakfast buffet. The duty manager is unfriendly. He lies and says that the hotel is fully booked even though there is availability online. The photos of the room are false and misleading. the bathroom is ugly and has no proper toilet or tub or shower. it is a 1 star hotel bathroom. the mattress is too hard, it is very old. they do not have queen beds. they only offer double or twin. it is not worth it for the price. do not be misled by the hotel lobby as it is deceiving.

This was our last stay in Chennai. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The service staff were amicable. The other room we took was also comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. They also are arranged a taxi for the airport at a short notice.

Could have liked a timely check-in. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the suite to be ready.
