Location is within 15 minutes to airport.

Room was not ready for check in at 2pm and they made us wait until 3pm, which was very annoying since were only staying until 7pm. Internet was so slow that I had to use hotspot connection to my phone.

A convenient hotel near the airport, clean.

The walls and doors are like paper. On the night of a football match finale on TV in every other room and the shouting we didn’t sleep 1 minute

Cleanliness just ok. Near to airport and Mitsui outlet park.

Bed too soft and uncomfortable. Air conditioner sometimes cold sometimes warm. Sound proofing very bad, can hear clearly from the streets and the room beside, couldn't sleep well.

the room was very dirty. Dust everywhere and hair in the bathroom. there was musty smell in the room and smell of smoke in the floor. there wasn’t sunlight and the air conditioner was directly on the bed. I paid too much for this terrible room.

Location did its job - wanted to be close to Mitsui and also Nilai 3.

Receptionist could be a little friendlier. Room towels had visible brown stains on them. Toilet floor tiles are very slippery when wet - mind your kids and elderly! Hotel corridor carpets could do with an overhaul wash. They look filthy.
