I was celebrating my birthday, and there’s a non stop maintenance happening inside my room,. The first time it’s acceptable but second time without actions from management is unacceptable,. Atleast the managers could have offer to change the room so we can relax and not be bothered with maintenance during our stay.

The property has a tropical feeling and the water lagoon feature is great.

The check-in was a nightmare as was the checkout. Lengthy delays and confusion with guests. They are slow and disorganised. Ordering a buggy to go somewhere in the vast property takes up to half an hour. It seems they are not geared up for full occupancy at all

Good breakfast with large variety Staff was nice

Rooms design is outdated, 'old" feeling and also the resort as a whole feels somewhat older style

Good food and location

Location was good. Little Pockets of excellence when it comes to staff with the vast majority and especially at management were apathetic Good for families

Breakfast for vegetarians is very limited, and you get charged AED 140 regardless of whether you had a coffee and a croissant. Chef and managers made no attempt to assist regardless how many times i complained Ordered a vegetarian lunch in the bar and it was cold and lacked taste. I sent it back and it was still unpalatable. The staff member took the meal away, and I was charged in full for the meal despite only tasting it The manager or director of F&B contacted me , and had an ethnocentric and condescending attitude throughout his conversation with me. He did not even offer an apology. Upon check out I noted numerous charges on my bill that should not be there

very good breakfast and the swim in the lagoon is always very relaxing. The personal at check-in desk is very helpfull and professional.

Last day of our stay was the main pool dirty. The prices are high, but no one seems to care, as the hotel was booked out.
