It was challenging climbing up the steps to my room every time

Staff was accommodating and realy nice. Room was clean, bed and lines smells good Great view. The food was great.

None because when I stayed there as a first time 18 yr old solo traveller, my experienced was really great.

I only like that it is near the city centre, you can literally walk your way through the walking streets where restaurants and tours take place.

To be honest, I was not prepared that going to the villas needs an extremely work out on my legs :( Everything is nice just want to mention that the stairs or pathway to the villas is not for those people that are not physically active specially people like me having difficutly to walk and have problem on legs and back pain. It is a strenous walk specially if your Villa is Villa 4.

I like the view from our room. Jessica and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They assisted us with our needs.

I hope something can be done about the Aircon because it’s not working very well at the time. Also, the Wifi is not working during our stay.

The steep steps up to the cottage will not be suitable for families or those with difficult walking The internet and wifi was intermittent and often had to go and sit on balcony Toilet seat was broken when arrived

It was amazing. Villa with private pool and gorgeous views. Breakfast was good.

It was challenging to climb up to the villa, but it was worth it.

Great breakfast included with room rate. Rooms are simple but do include a deck with a view.

The stairs are very steep and uneven so make sure you have good knees! The bathrooms smell like public restrooms and currently there’s construction happening on site/next door so can get a bit noisy.

The room we had it was very noisy: all the trafic can be heard all day and night. There is a construction site near the room, very loud as well.  The Internet was very unstable.  The walls in the bathroom are dirty.  We stayed 5 nights. The second day we run out of water at the shower. No water at all. They couldn't do anything until next day. Next day night time after coming from a trip we had only cold water and it was finally fixed after asking again the reception. Next day the shower had only cold water again.  The shower handle is broken and fixed with duck tape.  After 3 days of cold or no water, we got another room that was cleaner, quieter and had hot water

Pros: - the staff was very kind and tried to help everytime - the maids are doing a great job. It is very clean even if some rooms are in a pretty bad condition. - it is close to the city/main area/beach - some rooms located higher have a very nice view to the sea - free water provided

Cons: - some rooms are in a very poor condition. We changed 3 rooms. We had some water inside from a rain and our stuff were wet. - AVOID ROOM nr. 11!!! It is near de reception and you do not have any sound isolation and you will hear everything from outside. EVERYTHING - some bathrooms are very very small and you will have everything full of water after a shower - strange noise from walls due to some insects and during the night they bit us pretty bad (room nr. 10) - Wi-Fi very very poor, almost no internet - the entrance is very strange, because you have to go throw some yard where somebody else is living. - the breakfast is boring for more than 3 days

Good location, easy to get around. They booked a tour for us which was really helpful.

You will need a fair level of fitness and be able bodied to stay here, the steps are quite steep! But the staff will help with your bags if you need it. The bathrooms were very basic and nowhere to hang or store anything in the bathroom. The shower and toilet were right next to each other.

Really friendly and helpful staff - helped us to book tours and scooters. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice every day. Mosquito net provided upon request. Comfy bed, and fridge/freezer in the room! Good location, short 10 minute walk to main town and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

WiFi in our room wasn't good, and we had to sit outside the room to access. A family of cats living in our ceiling, which could be loud at times. Uphill walk to the room is a bit difficult, especially after rain - be careful if you're unsteady on your feet.

Friendly staff and close to El Nido town. Great view.

Wifi was not working and shower was very temperamental. Great view but a lot of large steps to get up to the hotel, so if struggling with mobility it would be difficult.

Very quiet at night. AC was good. Close to town & excellent breakfast. They were very communicative & organised transport from the airport. They gave take out breakfasts for us as we left early. Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable & the water in the shower warm. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. Very good value for money and Arnold the tricycle driver they use is extremely reliable and very helpful.

Noisy establishment nearby busy road. AC makes lots of noise cause the fan bearings are worn. Shower has no water pressure and water hardly gets hot/warm. The room had bedbug infestation! At first we didn't notice but the last day we left i found lots of itchy welts acros my whole body about 100 bites, these were caused by bedbugs! Check the beds before you sleep there.

Breakfast is plated and nutritional .you can choose your meals . Friendly staff and respectful. The cons are NO phone in the room. I have to go down the stairs to speak to the concierge and complain about clogged toilet , no table and chair inside the room, the AC’s switch is too high .have to use a ladder to put it on.😟 Recommend to install a microwave oven in the kitchen for guests to warm their meals anytime.

The staff are very helpful and nice to us. The food (breakfast) is average but have choices.The owner is very nice too.
