0 resort não reúne qualquer tipo de condições para estar aberto ao público. Cheguei a receção para fazer o check-in e o funcionário nem ao quarto levou as malas nem se dignou a informar onde se encontrava o mesmo quando a booking tem como qualificado 4 estrelas. Insatisfeito pedi a devolução do valor foi- me recusado. Quarto escuro, sacos nas gavetas doutros hóspedes, tomadas fora da parede falta de iluminação quarto demasiado escuro. Quarto de banho com tampa da sanita ressequida suporte de papel higiénico cheio de bolor da humidade. Para ficar melhor a estadia deparo me com um deck a cobrir a piscina com tábuas todas levantadas e demasiados pregos a saltar. Para que não bastasse um lago coberto de lodo e agua completamente podre onde ainda andam algumas carpas. Falta de produtos de higiene pessoal, tais como shampo, gel de mãos e banho. Ainda por cima falta de água na hora do banho ao qual nos mandaram esperar mais de 30m sem qualquer justificação.Indescritível como pode a booking permitir que alojamentos como este de tao ma qualidade fazendo se passar por 4 estrelas e nem 1 valha. No Google as fotos são de um turista se apaixonar mas a realidade no local e devastadora. Ao ponto de ter que me deslocar donde estou hospedado para tomar o pequeno almoço no restaurante do lado que é tudo muito SUjO, é desumano e perigoso para a saúde pública. Nada corresponde a realidade.

FRii Resort is next door/behind the Jump Rabbit beach club which is pumping loud party music all day long. The music is SO loud there is no escape and it doesn't stop until 10-11pm at night. And starts 10am in the morning. It's absolute madness. The pictures showing the pool is NOT FRii but in fact the beach club which you have partial access to. It's outrageous that the fact about the DJ/loud music/party all day was not advertised anywhere. We had no idea and we arrived to thumping non-stop music. We couldn't relax & we couldn't enjoy being at the beach in front because there was always the doof doof going on. We had our 2 small kids so it was really, really terrible.

We loved that we had our own bungalow style room with an outside bathroom which was beautifully decorated. It felt like a resort and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a huge bed. Fantastic location and amazing restaurant where we had our breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend you visit Rabbit Jump next door if you like a beach club with great music. We would definitely stay here again

Hot water was not available all the time And room did not have enough lighting. Very small things that can be ignored

ALL! The room was beautiful, the personal better. But the breakfast was the best!!! Good toilet and shower, good AC

Anything, the only exception was the TV it doesn’t work during our stay, probably if we ask to the personal they could fix it but not was too important.

The room is big with Aircon

None of the amenities mentioned while booking were available. Basic toiletries were not provided even after asking for it multiple times. Nothing like the photos.. Pool is outside the property. No room service. No phone to call them. Sink was getting blocked all the time. The restaurant attached is very expensive.. 50k extra just for tax. Property not well mantained. Its on the other side of the island which is not walkable. Not worth the money.
