Super lokalizacja, bezkontaktowa obsługa meldunku, czyściutko

Wielki Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji i z fajnym widokiem. Dodatkowa kanapa pozwalała zrobić z tego pokoju będę dla wszystkich uczestników (mieliśmy jeszcze jeden pokój)

Miętowe cukierki

Pokój nie wyglądał jak na zdjęciu. Do tego jest tam bardzo głośno w nocy, tramwaje, ludzie na zewnątrz... wszystko słychać. Personel nieprzyjemny, wszędzie szuka zysku.

Duże, czyste i ładnie urządzone pokoje. Dodatkowe kanapy idealnie się sprawdziły na wieczorne siedzenie ze znajomymi. Świetna lokalizacja!

Śniadanie mogło być bardziej zróżnicowane. Stał ekspres do kawy, ale nie można było z niego korzystać.

It's the same choice of food every day

Location was very good. Manager informed me with an SMS about the key codes to enter the building. The room and the bathroom was clean.

Staff at the reception could not speak English at all, so communication was very difficult. There was no information about the parking facility. Since it was not possible to stop at the entrance to unload the luggage, and the nearest parking spot was quite some distance away, it was very difficult to enter for the first time. There was a small gate at the hostel parking entrance and it was too dangerous to the flowing traffic to stop in front of it and have it open during in and out. Customers should have been informed about the parking and how the gate is operated. There was no air conditioning in the room. Windows had no blockout curtains.

Decent value for money. Fairly central

Reception was unmanned for the entire two days we stayed there, so it was difficult to communicate with staff. We did contact them via Booking.com but they took +24hrs to respond

The location is excellent within short walking distance of the Canals and Main Squares and easily accessable by Trams. Upon booking I was given the door code to get in both to the hotel and my room code by text. The instructions took a bit of working out with Google Translate but some rooms are located across the carpark/courtyard in rooms labelled A,B or C and I hadn't worked this out until I managed to properly translate the text. There were luckily a couple of what I assumed were staff who guided me towards the right door. I didn't see them again so I don't know if the check in desk is manned very much as I came and left late so as is common in Poland if you arrive late and Polish isn't your first language you will need to read the instructions carefully :) The room was clean (very much so) and had everything you needed in a cozy layout.

There wasn't much in the way of facilities, there was what looked like a restaurant/bar in the main entrance however they were having a private event. It's well located near restaurants so it wasn't too much of a problem. Everything I needed was in the room.
