Spacious and quiet property, well equipped.

Some cleaning remarks, subway to the city centre not that close but manageable transportation anyway.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in evey way. It gives you this "wow" feeling from the moment you enter. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The beds are very comfortable. The furniture is of good quality. Small details like fancy night lamps and dressers enhanced the homey feeling. There is a floor heating that regulates the room temperature in an ambient way, so much better than the usual A/C blowers. The kitchen was well equiped. There is even a small terrace ideal for a morning coffee. The location was superb. It is not central, but is in a very quite and neat residential are with quaint houses all around. There are several Billa stores just few minutes walk away. The tram (62) going to the center is nearby. The zoo and the gardens of Schonnbrunn were just 15 minutes walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It added to our overall experience of Vienna. We did not experienced crowded, hectic, noisy Vienna full of tourists, but neat, friendly, stress-free Vienna. This place was just what we hoped for and even more....

Some supplies were missing such as toilet paper and dish washer detergent. We had to buy them from the nearby store. The TVs in the two bedrooms were not programmed, so they couldn't be used. It was not big deal for us, but it might be a an inconvenience for someone else.

The appartment was verry large, clean and silence.

No air conditioning in the rooms, and the parking- big problem- the nearest on 800 m from the building and cost 9 euro per day

Door codes did not work on next evening and we waited for 3 hours outside the room worst experience from Booking.com Key Code was not working, care taker was not present, calling care taker did not work. We asked for help from other guests, and disturbing other guests was really awkward experience. Due to which we have to shift our booking plans next day. My Hungry friends really complaint for 3 hours of waiting. There were not glows for oven, basic needed things like toilet papers, liquid soaps etc. where not given. Key code was not working and contacting via phone calls was not possible for first hour. After asking for another guests, they said that it was also not working for them and they somehow got key. No NOTE outside the property where a help instructions written. After 2 hours technician came and he took quite a time. He did not repair but replaced the complete digital RFID lock with manual lock, during the whole time, all friends (4 girls and 4 boys) waited holding to go for natures call, 1 friend particularly faced a problem as he need to take his medicines (due to his medical condition) and we where locked out !

The hosts were great help! Great communication, great help when we needed it, couldn’t have asked for more.

The property is awesome for those who travel in the summer because you have AC. Also, it s in a very quite area. We had everything that we need in the kitchen or bathroom

We had some issues (non-working boiler, broken cabinet in kitchen). There was no one onsite to fix it but I contacted the property and they responded promptly. I would expect some quality checks before new guests check-in to avoid these problems

A lot of space and big kitchen. It is located in a quite and nice part of town.

Te apartment is in the quiet part of town. The apartment is spacious and cosy. The nearerst market is 8 minutes of walk away.

The apartment is not very clean, and needs some urgent repairs. Someone needs to clean the freezer. Paying 55€ for cleaning is a rip off if you get a dirty apartment when you get there.

Moldy smell in the bathroom, WiFi was not working. No soap - but it was our mistake, we did not check if it was provided, just assumed that it would.

One of the best places I stayed. The apartment looks great. The location is great, close to a bus that takes you to the metro station. There is free parking on the street and there were always free places. It was very quiet, nice neighborhood.
