Oh wow what can I say I have never stayed in a apartment as beautiful as this..the fully equipped kitchen feels like your own kitchen at home.The view is amazing, rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom..To top it off you have such a beautiful host It was a pleasure dealing with you Kylie and I can’t no wait to book with you again I highly recommend to everyone

The 37th floor apartment was perfect for our memorable family stay at the Gold Coast. Amazing views of the ocean, canals and hinterland. The apartment was very spacious with modern furniture and layout. There were 7 of us staying at the apartment including 5 teenage/young adults ranging from 17 to 21 years of age and the 3 ensuite bathrooms and powder room were perfect. Kylie, our host, was very accommodating and great with her communication. The apartment was a short walk to beach and Cavill Avenue. The train stop right outside the resort was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

My family and I were eager to get away to the Gold Coast over the Christmas period but were struggling to find the right location and thought we would need to compromise until we found this listing. We thought the photos of the view and apartment were unbelievable but matched with the positive reviews we thought it would be worth the risk. But OMG all of it was actually real; - the views stunning! - the apartment beautiful! - so so much space! - and Kylie was a dream to interact with! If you want the facilities of fancy hotel with the comfort of home I would highly recommend this apartment.

We found the property to 100% fit our needs. We were looking for a restful week and something that also suited our 12 and 14 year old. Sun city facilities were excellent and great location to beaches and local restaurants. Views are outstanding Kylie, our host, made everything just so straight forward

Our family loved staying in this beautiful apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the owner was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We all enjoyed the pool, and my two young ones couldn’t get enough of the water slides. I can’t say enough great things about our family’s experience. The next time we venture down under, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing there is so much room for everyone. There was 5 of us and we all fitted in well. The bathroom to each bedroom was fantastic. Having the tram outside the front of the building was great so easy to get around. Thanks we would come back.

After a postponed (COVID lockdowns) our 2021 holiday finally took place. This stunning property was perfect for us. Gorgeously appointed and so comfortable. Every room having our own en suite was a plus. Great kitchen and comfortable lounge, with FOXTEL and big TV. The bedrooms and beds and huge. We had terrible weather for the first few days which can't be helped but it honestly didn't matter when we could enjoy this space and the views.. Let me tell you they are nothing short of spectacular! We felt so special and blessed that Kylie rents it out. She was just so thoughtful, kind and considerate throughout the past 12 months we can't thank her enough. It made our whole stay seamless from start to finish. And a holiday to remember. Much thanks from all of us

Second time staying in the amazing unit. With views to die for and 3 large ensuite bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. Great location and easy check-in. The 2 car spaces are a bonus. Hopefully will get to stay again. The owner is great to work with as well.

The views were stunning and although we had a week of rainy weather we enjoyed our stay. The pools and sauna/ gym were frequented a lot and we also took advantage of the tram stop in front of the building. The walk to the shops was easy. We can’t wait to come again!

A beautiful apartment close to everything you need on the Gold Coast. The pool was great for the kids and apartment it’s self was hard to leave. Definitely 5 stars.

Nothing short of perfect. The initial enquiry and booking was so easy and Kylie was so helpful and friendly with every interaction. Check-in was simple and when that front door opened, our jaws dropped, the 270 degree views were breathtaking. The apartment itself was immaculate; every square inch of it. It is fully equipped; Kylie has thought of everything, we could have lived there and wanted for nothing! We were a party of two children (tween/teen), my husband and I, and our very fussy mothers who were delighted by this apartment everyday! We had plenty of space and no one had a single suggestion for improvement. We spoke all week about when we could next come back. The location was fantastic for us; convenience store (with just about everything!) across the road. The tram stop right out the front. We easily got public transport to the theme parks. We walked to Caville Ave restaurants and shops and sometimes took the 3 minute tram ride. We cooked, we ordered Uber eats, we ate out; it was also so easy from this apartment. We all enjoyed the buildings facilities; bar, coffee shop and especially the pools. But the views by day and night, were just magnificent. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return visit. Many thanks Kylie.

Thanks Kylie for such a great stay at Sun City, the views are amazing and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The kids had so much fun on the water slides and it’s a short walk to the beach for some boogie boarding. Just one suggestion would be a couple of sharp knives for cooking in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this unit for a memorable family holiday at the Gold Coast.

A beautiful apartment that had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Gold Coast. Amazing beach views. The location was perfect for accessing shops and not too far to drive to the main attractions of Movie World and Sea World. The kids loved the pools that were available and this was one of the highlights for us as well. Very easy check in and check out process. Communication was excellent and instructions that were provided were very clear and helpful. An amazing stay that we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the Gold Coast in great comfort.

We had an amazing stay in this stunning apartment (the photos shown on the website are exactly what it looks like!). The views were spectacular, with views of both sunrise and sunset. The apartment was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the resort facilities were great. The tram stop out the front is an added bonus, especially if its raining - the trams run frequently and are very cheap. Kylie has been the most amazing and understanding host during our several false starts due to Covid restrictions. Thank you Kylie and we hope to stay in your lovely apartment again!

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The apartment is very spacious and offers panoramic views of the the Gold Coast. Located on level 37, you have relaxing views of both the ocean and hinterland. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the apartment well appointed. Whilst the building isn't the newest on the Gold Coast, it is well located with good amenities. Cavill Avenue is only about a 15 minute walk away for you are very close to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The pool is quite large with BBQ facilities. Because of Covid, we didn't get the usual tour of the apartment however there was no issues getting access. Overall, we had a great stay notwithstanding the beaches being closed due bad weather. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you want to stay at the northern end of the Gold Coast.

My husband and I booked this for our family to have a Christmas get together on the Gold Coast. There were three generous sized bedrooms, all with ensuites As well as a powder room. The kitchen was perfect to cook up a big Christmas lunch With plenty of plates cutlery serving dishes etc. The views from the apartment were spectacular and we hardly needed the air conditioning on because of the wonderful breeze that flowed through the whole apartment. The tram stops right outside the building and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Kylie was very helpful and answered every query we had and we would not hesitate to recommend this to our family friends or anyone who is looking for a gorgeous three bedroom apartment perfectly located on the Gold Coast.
