The property was very well located for my needs, excellantly maintained, clean and comfy. The level of detail for things included in the room go far beyond expectations. Selection of Teas and coffee in room, snacks and large choice of TV channels. I can highly recommend.

You seem to go past the building when following the Sat Nav, but have faith it does get you to the correct location.

The room was clean and there was tea, coffee and a pain au Chocolat. Parking is also free on the road. The host was lovely and welcoming. The nights sleep would have been super comfortable if it wasn't so warm as the sheets and pillows were great! The location was great as it was so close to a pub, McDonald's, five guys, taco bell, KFC, wagamama and more! We stayed one night and would be back again.

It was difficult to find. The rooms were quite warm which is good for some people but was a bit too hot for me. The room downstairs has a toilet and shower but you have to leave your room to get to it. The other rooms however have a shower and toilet as an ensuite. The shower was really powerful and was lovely and warm though. The hotel is about 30-35 min walk into the town centre but we knew this when we booked.

Met our requirements for a 1 night stay. Warm and clean, lovely large comfortable bed.

I always feel uncomfortable being high in a building with just one exit point.
