We had beautiful weather and were able to get outside and walk the beach, see the sites and just relax. Our property was very comfortable, conveniently located, and was just about perfect. Kevin was in good communication and gave us the low down before our arrival and instructions on how to make the most of our time in OOB. Perfect!

This condo is on the fourth floor, and the view from the balcony was hard to tear myself away from. Morning/afternoon beverages sitting there listening to the sea and breathing the salt air was to die for! The condo was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The owner was very nice; great communication! Will definitely try to book this condo again next year if I make it back that way (hoping to!). Thanks for a lovely place to stay while in OOB.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, and exactly as described. Kevin kept communication open and was available should we need anything. We loved having a balcony looking down upon The (brun) Swick! We'll definitely reserve to stay again in the future!

My husband, young son and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The host was incredibly responsive. You can not beat the location! Right on the beach and just a 2 minute walk to the pier with rides, arcades, food and shops. On Thursday we had the best view of the fireworks. I highly recommend!

The place was clean, right on the beach, it had everything we needed and in walking distance to all the attractions. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view and location (on the beach and right next to the pier), clean and comfy. Perfect for a getaway at the beach. There is a bar /restaurant on the first floor that has music on the weekends that you can hear, and they do play late, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. 10/10 will stay again!

Great stay in the off season. The view is amazing. I am hoping to rent this property again because I enjoyed it so much. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions.

We went off-season during the week, and it was very quiet, despite the bar being on the ground floor. The beach was wonderful.

We were in the off peak season, so it was easy in and out for us. Great ocean front view. Very relaxing.

Second time staying here for family vacation. We love it, great view and great location.

The overall stay was fantastic, just what we were looking for in a vacation spot. We were really impressed with the most everything we encountered.

Awesome view of the Ocean and Beach and the ability to walk right out to the water. Well worth it and the host was very helpful. Parking is a little tight but it's nice to have a dedicated spot.

Very nice time! One bedroom condo on the beach was such a nice little spot to stay, only had one little issue was the bands playing on the 1st floor every night, kind of loud but were told by the owner there bands playing, overall trip was very good I would go back again

The owner was accessible, but when I sent pictures or evidence about the cleanliness of his condo, he said he would pass it along to his cleaning crew, without offering to rectifying it. It was so dusty I could write in it. The floor was sticky and sandy, the bathroom had hair and dirt everywhere, stains and god knows what on walls, door and vanity (probably vomit)! The bedding stunk and had hair on it! There was no sofa bed, just a blowup mattress that has a slow leak in it. The sofas were stained, smelled like vomit and so sandy that I don’t think they have been cleaned in a awhile! The outdoor balcony was sandy and dirty and one chair was broken. If there is a cleaning crew, they don’t care about their work. Honestly, it’s unfortunate. We paid a good amount of money to stay there and it was very disappointing. I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies to clean what I could. I have never been so disgusted with a rental. I am not a neat freak, but if I feel like I paid way too much for this filthy condo! In my opinion, the owner doesn’t care about anything but the money. I would be ashamed if I where him!

My husband and I stayed over July 4th weekend and had the best view of the beach fireworks display! We loved sitting out on balcony listening to the the live bands from below.. such a great vibe!

Really enjoyed the location of this rental. We have stayed in OOB over 10 times, hands down best location. Great balcony overlooking the bar and ocean. Great for people watching, good music. Excellent communication with the owner. Will definitely stay here again!

This rant is not directed at the condo owner; he is a very nice person. It is directed at the Brunswick Condo management. There are live bands that play outdoors from mid afternoon until nearly 1am and they are extremely loud. With all doors closed we could not hear the TV and we had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. Two calls to the local authorities did not accomplish anything. This is not a place to stay during the summer months.
