Great location and there are many resto for hangout in the neighborhood.

Limited parking especially on the weekend ...

Location is in a nice leafy residential area. Actually for me the hotel building seemed to be a bit out of place in the green surroundings, but that's a personal taste I guess. Service was good, check-in process was efficient, we arrived early, but the staff was professional. We were given vouchers for welcome drinks at their top floor restaurant. Less than 1 hour our rooms were ready. Rooms were clean, featuring a dolce gusto coffee machine, which was a plus point for the room. We were there to attend wedding party, overall experience was good.

For the price that they charged at least I would expect to have a full set of towels provided instead of only 1 bath towel.

We like the view. its very amazing. the room & the breakfast very good. If you add more facilities such as kids club will be perfect for family vacation.

Hotel design, both outdoor and indoor. Beatiful view of Bandung landscape from 10th floor (restaurant). Location is great for leisure w/ family or loved one. Staffs are extremely nice. Foods are great.

The Air Conditioner doesn't feel cold at all although set on 18c which is the lowest setting. Then it start dripping a lot of water in the middle of the night of our last staying day which add extra work on cleaning the water spilled everywhere.

- All the staff was very nice, warm and helpful. - The room was soundproof, although our room near the elevator but no sound leaking - the view was very nice - the breakfast was good in taste - overall we had a very nice experience of staying.

- the air-con had some kind of weird smell (acid weird smell). - the bathroom was very small, its really hard to move around.
