Parking space,security staff,receptionists are helpful.Near to Paskal, oleh oleh shop, batagor, train station and some restos, spacious deluxe triple room. Elevator worked properly when i stayed

Traffic jamm in front of the hotel, but as i only stayed one night, I can tolerate with this No towel for 3 but when i asked thru whatsapp, they delivered them ASAP to our room Pool seems not so clean but didnt try it. Soap and shampoo are not proper and looks cheap for a deluxe room. No hair dryer in the room and i didnt ask either Only 2 pillows in king bed so it was not enough

Good rate offer

Bed was adequate, as we are just stopping for the night. Minimum stuff ( toiletries, toilet roll etc ) provided in bedroom. I asked for double and single but given 3 single beds., Also was not comfy. Wall socket was not properly patch after looks like been repaired. No restaurant in house so we walk outside hotel to find cafe to have our breakfast.

The room is big, and overall quite clean; located near Kartika Sari (within walking distance), Mandarin restaurant is just across the street, and many other foods are nearby. Free & spacious parking spot

I think the place need to be renovated, especially the bathroom and the furnishings.

The beds were fine

Toilets ready ready bad.. Staff not really helpful.. lake of catering. We had a kettle and water but no coffee nor tea.

It wasn't the same conditions as the pictures posted on the website. The facilities need some updates. The bathroom is really dirty.
