property not suitable for rental and not worth the money paid for it. a separate email of complaint will be sent to proprietor. Issues of concern raised with person on leaving property who advised that concerns would be noted

Bed and bedding was damp. large spider in bed on removal of bedding on arrival. Shower in shared bathroom could not be used with concern for cleanliness giving the level of mould on tiling and silicone. Mould also in bedroom. Breakfast more or less thrown together- microwaved scramble egg with water running on plate

It was a beautiful house and the lodging rooms had everything you needed,....a picture perfect setting for a B & B in Ireland. The host was a lovely lady who greeted us with a warm welcome and offer assistance whenever required. The breakfast was fantastic.

It is a short drive back into Cavan if the Local Pub is fully booked for dinner but there are other options in the area.

Beautiful house right in the Heart off Butler's Bridge. Anna the owner was lovely couldn't do enough. Very comfy bed and the breakfast was really nice.

Breakfast was fair. Coffee tasteless and cheap white bread.

Bathrooms need updating. Ivy growing in through one bathroom window, mould on the wall, a slug inside the bathroom and cobwebs in the corner. It took ages for the hot water to come through in the sink both in the bathroom and bedroom. I imagine the rooms in the main house could be better but my room was an add on separate to the house. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. A kettle was provided but no coffee or milk and no hairdryer in the room but one was provided when requested.

Exceptionally clean and decorated well. There was such a beautiful garden and we got a lovely welcome on arrival. We felt at home immediately! Breakfast was of a high standard and exactly what we needed after a busy few days. Thank you!

The location from the main road, and distance to Dublin Airport. The neighborhood and local restaurant pub. The gardens and owner, she was very accommodating. Breakfast.

Just a little sweep of a broom or swiffer on the bedroom floor, the kettle wasn't on the tray in the room.

Ana May is a great host. Very helpful and accommodating for everything. Breakfast was well above and beyond what we expected. Beautiful guesthouse inside and out. Very peaceful location by the river. We shall return!

I'd describe this as a very comfortable, traditional B&B, with a very welcoming and friendly host who was keen to ensure our comfort.
