The location is super central and the grounds are very inviting, secluded and very well manicured.

There isn’t anything I did not like or could share for improvement.

Sparkling clean room. Employees were super courteous and helpful!

Internet was not working and they did not mention it at check-in or offer a credit. I could not get an internet connection from my room. The hotel left me a number to call for service requests, and it turned out to be someone - perhaps the owner - in Florida. However, he shamed me for calling and asking for service rather than walking 200' to the office and asking them. Although the employees were super courteous and helpful, the on-site manager and person in Florida were not. The rooms are a bit spartan and odd with most things pushed against the walls leaving a big open space in the middle. They could probably use some fabrics and decorations to make the place feel more homey.

Loved Nosara, apartment was loud for a very quiet place. The location had many nice accommodations and we felt cheated for renting an apartment apart from the rest of the accommodations.
