I only liked the location and the size of the room. But really nice pool

Reception was horrible told her my bed is broken and her reply was “and what do you want me to do” . The room was not cleaned, cupboards sticky, glasses and plates were sticky stuck to the cupboards! You did not have hot water for 2 people to shower one after another ( my daughter had a quick shower and when I had mine I had to cleanse my hair with cold water) the shower basin will fill with water and overflow into the bathroom! There were no bath mats for when you’re coming out of the shower and when I asked for it at the reception she started laughing in my face! I have never had such a poor experience anywhere in my entire life. I asked for the room to be cleaned and bed to be fixed but didn’t happen. The balcony was full of ants and bird poo as on the ceilings there were bird nests. The very nice pool and big size rooms do not make up for the horrible amenities and hosts. Also the balcony door was broken a proper safety hazard but no one cared! I suppose the language barrier was a huge factor! They know very little English for a tourist accommodation

Close to the beach.

There was no hot water in the shower. There was a kitchenette, but no pots/pans or bowls.

First the staff was great, very polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, equipped with everything needed, there is a kitchen area and utensils, AC, TVs in both rooms and a fridge. The terrace was big and very pleasant for chilling. Pool was great also. We had food included (HB) and it was very convenient not having to think about what to eat all the time 😁 Although the hotel is not close to the town there is a shop in it so you can buy necessities. The enclosed yard is also very pleasant to stay, read a book, have a coffee and chill. A lot of greenery. The beach is 5 min away from the hotel.

It would be good to have Internet accessible to all rooms, not only at the reception or pool. In that way the place would be excellent for people to work remotely :) There are some minor cosmetic things to be improved like some lightbulbs and the shower head not spraying evenly.

I had breakfast and dinner included. All the meals had plenty of choice and staff was responsive and welcoming. Room was nice, comfortable and clean, with appliances and a fridge, ac worked fine.

There was no answer to the multiple emails and texts that I sent asking about how to get the keys. So the communication was poor. I didn't know there was a reception desk until I arrived. Also, there were no beach chairs for the property.

The lady at reception was nice.

I paid for 6 nights but only stayed 1 night from the reservation and I haven`t yet received a refund. The apartment was NOT clean and tidy at all and the rooms need renovation.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location - 2 min walk to the beach.

The food - horrible. The staff - impolite and rude. Parking - impossible. Shower - broken. Rooms - not clean. I would not recommend it for sure.
