Estância histórica, ambientada com móveis e objetos antigos e autênticos, gerida pela própria família. Confortável, com um bom bar e restaurante. Funcionário Joaquim super gentil e atencioso. Fica numa posição estratégica entre Torres del Paine e Punta Arenas, próximo da estrada mas em local isolado e bonito, você realmente se sente numa fazenda autêntica. Super recomendável para quem está nessa região

The estancia is one of the best stays we've done anywhere in the world. The hospitality and care in this family-run operation is unsurpassed. This was not simply a stay, but a chance to experience an authentic Patagonian way of life that has been largely unchanged for five generations, not to mention world-class fly fishing for brown trout on a massive private stretch of the Rio Penitente. We hated to leave and have vowed to return. It was well worth the 7500 mile trip and was the highlight of our time in Patagonia.

Christopher and his staff are kind and experienced hosts. The ambiance is unique. Lounge in one of the big living rooms and enjoy a drink before having a great dining experience in the dining room. Food is simple but very high quality. We had the Cordero del la Distancia, beef, chicken, and empanadas. Horseback riding with Alex was another highlight. He is kind and very knowledgeable about local flora and fauna. Ask him about agriculture and home gardening!!

We should have stayed a third night :) Seriously. Nothing to complain.

Very peaceful and beautiful property, and a part of local history. . The home is lovely inside, and our room was very comfortable. Really nice shower, great pressure and temperature. We felt quite welcome here. Felix even lit a fire in the dining room fireplace for breakfast. A perfect spot to relax, between Punta Arenas and Puerto Notales.

Hospotality was not top notch, but on the other hand that was maybe part of experience? Breakfast (ander dinner) could have been better, but not bad at all. The lady was lovely

Loved this historic farmhouse in the countryside! Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. Exactly what we needed after 24 hours of travel and a drivable distance from the airport. Even though flight was delayed they greeted us upon arrival. A really special place!
