The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety. The location is kind of on the edge of town. So a bit of a walk if you don’t have a car. However, that made it a calm, quiet location with a nice view. The restaurant was really good and very reasonable.

No complaints. It was my favorite hotel in my two week trip.

The view overlooking the lake and friendly staffs with warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet counter was always kept in order as if you were the first person to take the meal.

The walls of the room were not enough to prevent the noise of the next door. Unfortunately, we had to change the room from the second night because of the noise of the neighbor.

The only improvement they could make is an individual heating control for each room. Some nights the heating was very hot and others a little cold

Good location short walk into downtown but far enough that there’s no noise at night. Restaurant was nice.

Very hot in the bedrooms.

The room was incredibly cozy: well decorated, comfortable bed and pillows, and heated to the right point. The showers after a day of walking were a blessing (And the soaps smelled like almond oil)! But I think my favorite part was the breakfast: it was copious and delicious and had the best media lunas. And the staff was absolutely helpful and kind and gave super useful suggestions to us! That was the best stay I had in my trips in years!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Free parking, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great lake views, amazing breakfast and cool lounge area. Also game and play room for kids with board games and computers. We liked it so much we booked it two times.

The breakfast was very good. The wait staff super friendly. The rooms are clean. The fact that we paid at the hotel using a credit card with very good exchange rate saved us a few hundred USD was very nice surprise.

The triple rooms and double rooms are on separate sides of the hotel. We have odd number of people in the family so had to get two rooms. We had no way to know the rooms won't be in close proximity, otherwise we would have paid more to book two larger rooms side by side. Also the sound proofing is terrible, we can hear the next door speak at night. I'm sure they are writing a poor review right now about my snoring which they probably heard all night long. Also one of the days, the hotel was doing some construction and turned off our water. It would have been helpful to have a notice or sign posted to warn us. I did not need to find that out after sitting on the toilet and find I can't flush or wash my hands. Luckily (in this case) our other room was on the other side of hotel where water was not turned off so I can get some washing done.

The location, although remote was peaceful and attractive and grounds spacious. The hotel itself is lovely, especially the common areas.

The staff need to learn more English. The menu could be more diverse and although salmon was on the menu there was only one piece left the first day and none the next. It was a bit strange to have to pay for access to the jacuzzi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to bars and restaurants but in a quiet part over looking the lake. It has a nice restaurant and the breakfast is good. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

I researched many hotels in El Calafate' and read the good reviews about this property. Everything was better than the reviews said they were. I love when hotels are very aware of reviews and work to solicit reviews from their guests. Those are properties that know they do a great job for their patrons. - Multi-lingual staff here, which is a very big deal in Argentina. - Breakfasts were excellent - Hotel was clean, quiet and the rooms were nice - Great location If I come back to El Calafate, we will stay here again for sure.

There was mold and mildew in our bathroom area in several places around the bathtub and sink. We could not make coffee or tea in our room. There was no microwave or ice bucket Also, we booked a superior lake view room. We stayed on the front side of the building, but could not see the lake.

Very spacious room. The bed and the sheets were very comfortable. The window bench was wonderful and being able to open it at night was nice. Also the breakfast spread was one of the most impressive spreads I’ve ever seen.

It was on the edge of downtown.
