Above all else the location is the standout for this property. You’re within a few minutes stroll of the Ferry Terminals for nearby islands, there’s also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and the Sky Tower is within a short walking distance also (you can also see it from the apartments outdoor area). You also have a large Woolworths, again, within a very short distance. There was plenty of space within the apartment and it came with everything I required, and more. The little touches were appreciated and helpful, such as the welcome card as well as numerous brochures of local excursions for Rangatito Island etc.

Good location, close to everything. Well equipped apartment, and a great big terrace.

We did not receive the vital email with instructions about keys and exact location (probably due to lack of wifi during our travels?). After a very long train trip to Auckland and a late arrival it was not a good start to our stay. However we did get help and instructions over the phone, and finally arrived. An exact address upon payment of the booking would have been VERY helpful for us and our taxi driver. And no hanging space in the studio. Ok as we were there only 2 nights but would be really annoying if staying longer, as it meant climbing over suitcases all the time.

Superb location, with great views and a beautiful patio area. The apartment has everything you need for a great city stay. Trudie's communication is great.

Excellent location, roomy, and well-stock with essentials. Clear instructions on how to check in. Overall, a great place to stay!

Unit lacked places/hooks/racks to hang clothes. On weekend nights, partying neighbors can get noisy. One party lasted the entire night into the morning. Thankfully, there was no heavy bass thumping, and the windows provided good enough insulation.

Amazing location, really lovely little apartment. Well appointed for being able to cook etc and the bed was pretty darn comfy. Also, the shower! Amazing water pressure and heat, so good. The owner/manager was lovely to deal with - there was a slight issue which she mentioned and what she had tried to do to fix. The next day I let her know it wasn't quite fixed and she had someone come out to address it that day and left a card and choccies as an apology. Love when there is quick communication and fix for a (relatively minor) issue.

No scissors in the kitchen - and I have bad hands so scissors would have made some things easier. Not the end of the word though as there were a few decent knives.
