Washing machine/dryer not great at drying.

Location was very good, convenient to cafes and hospital. Not far to walk to get the bus. Reception staff were very nice!

Two power switches were broken, which I reported to front desk. The blind next to the entrance door lets the light in at night, which made it hard to sleep. They need heavy dark curtains instead.

great location and great hotel small and convenient. Check In guy was friendly and welcoming.. check out was easy and fast.

the massive bed as good but seemed to have a division in the middle like some mattresses do but was comfortable in any case..

Initially was disappointed with apartment, needs some refreshing PowerPoint's by the bed had been removed, which made it impossible to use my sleep apnea machine (Were moved to another apartment 2nd day to remedy this) One pool had easy walk in access but the other needed handrails to assist getting in and out of, as step was quite steep!

GOOD SIZED ROOMS WITH ALL THE USUAL AMENITIES, AMID PLEASANT SURROUNDINGS, WITH FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF.

THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAVE IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING IS INSUFFICIENT TO PROPERLY COOL THE ROOMS, THAT APPLIES TO ALL OF THE HALF DOZEN OR SO ROOMS WE HAVE STAYED IN OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. AS WE AGE WE ARE FINDING OUR COMFORT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO US SO MAY NEED TO LOOK ELSEWHERE IN FUTURE.

Every time someone in other rooms either beside my room , below or above ,used either the shower or vanity , the noise was so loud could hear the TV .. incredible noise. Especially inconvenient when trying to sleep also.

The front pool is very nice

The back pool was very hot, no shade.
