Great swimmingpool. Excellent location. Good breakfast. The view of the Kölner Dom from the elevator.

Even for the downwards elecator we had to use the keycard.

Frühstück war früher wesentlich besser und reichhaltiger .

Sehr gut

Sehr schön. Perfekte Lage, waren am Rosenmontag da, Zug direkt vorm Haus und abends Party im Haus . Alles sauber. Tolles Personal .

Pool war nicht so schön, bisschen zu kalt. Und für mich der einzige negativ Punkt- nur auf einer Bettseite eine Steckdose .

Große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Tolle Lage wegen Nähe zum Gürzenich. Sehr große Zimmer mit guten Betten und großzügigem Bad. Toll das Hotel-Suite-Pad. Super Ausblick durch die Fahrstuhlfenster auf den Dom. Sehr nette Rezeption. Guter Tipp zum Ausweichen auf benachbartes Parkhaus

Leider einiges schon abgenutzt und verschrammt. Fugen im Bad nicht „sauber“. Zu wenig Steckdosen, insbesondere in Bettnähe. Frühstück zu teuer, kein Platz im Parkhaus

Location, room, staff

It was easy to get to by car (with GPS.) Great location. Within walking distance to the Cathedral. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a bathtub. The restaurant had very delicious food. It was a lot of fun in the lounge with the live band. Parking is underground and convenient.

The parking can not be reserved so you just have to hope there's a spot available.

Great location. Breakfast had lots of choice. Swimming pool was warm and clean.

The lifts needed a card which often did not work. Tourist tax was expensive and they tried to charge me twice. Reception staff unhelpful.

There wasn't hot water at the shower, but since I didn't complained about it, I can't say anything

The room was big and spacious (we had a suite), the bathroom was lavish, and it was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location is great, just a walking distance from pretty much everything. Breakfast was rich and abundant.

Big service problem. A few days before arrival I sent an enquiry regarding parking. I wasn't made aware of any problem with the hotel's parking lot and was provided with the name of another alternative parking place as well. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel's parking lot is under construction (and has been for a while now), and will not be opened any time soon. I tried a different parking lot, but the road was blocked due to road work. I stopped in front of the hotel to ask where to park, only to be given the name of the blocked parking lot. They insisted that it wasn't blocked, so I tried it again. It was blocked of course. Eventually, they referred me to a parking lot that required quite a bit of walking (with all the luggage). The room wasn't ready upon arrival. A bed was missing from the room and it was set for two people instead of three. I've made the reservation several months in advance, I suspect they had enough time to prepare for our arrival. Upon check in we received one key card. I requested more since there were three of us, and received more cards, none of which worked. I went back to ask again, and was given other cards that also didn't work, at which point I simply gave up.
