Location is good, breakfast is convenient and the reception were so friendly and helpful

The bathroom and shower so tight

Shower force was excellent but water not hot enough for a shower. Bedside lights did not work and the only switch for the main light was at the door. Otherwise the room was very clean and the hotel was in the location I wanted.

was not really happy with one of the staff on the front desk the day after we arrived. I was asking about the travel pass as I did not receive the email I was told I would when checking in. Although the staff member sorted it out I did not appreciate being told that it was not a good time for him to be sorting it out and I should have come at a less busy time. I found this somewhat rude and not good customer service.

The room was ready when we check in. We stay there for 3 days and 2 nights together with our 10 yr old daughter. The staff is polite and helpful. We had our breakfast (Croissant & coffee) on the last day watching the snowy view at the lobby area. Hotel is also well located and accessible. There is also a tram station nearby and is near to Geneva main train station.

I would say the room is very small. The room is perfect for 1 person, just nice for 2 person and feel very squeeze for 3 person including our luggage. I suggest to have a kettle in our room. (Kettle is provided but is place in the kitchen)

Receptionist waited for me until I arrived for check in much later than I informed. It was after 12 mid night. And they are always kind and helpful.

Very central, a short walk from the station and close to the Lake. Loved the dining room/ reception. Free travel pass was great too.

Humble and informative staff

Pavel and all the reception were lovely and helpful. The room was decent sized, bathroom small but manageable and balcony nice addition. I pushed the two beds together and rearranged some furniture so I could fit my suitcase opened up on the ground and access the balcony easier. I liked that there’s a lift! And the location is central

There was no A/C but at home I don’t have a/c anyway so just had to think back to life two months ago haha. There is zero noise cancellation, the balcony doors closed still felt like I was sleeping on the street with the loud traffic etc. I slept with my noise canceling air pods in and worked a treat!

Very good location close to railway station and Lake Geneva. Easy to reach a lot of nice restaurants and bars.

The socket was not compatible with plug so I can not to charge my laptop. I will be more careful next time. :-)
