We stayed here to be be close-ish to the city yet far enough away. Place is CLEAN and in the heart of what’s good in Skokie, near the train, super close to good food, and even close to shopping if you need essentials. As stated, the apartment is clean, is nice and roomy, very homey feeling. Checking in and out was a breeze, as was parking with the reserved spot. We had an infant with us, and had no issues with noise from neighbors or anything of the sort. Next time we think about being close to Chicago, we’ll think about staying here!

We stayed here to be close to an exhibit at Old Orchard Mall, but I was surprised at the ease of access to other parts of the Chicago area to meet up with my brother and sister-in-law.
The apartment itself was clean and bright, and the check-in and check-out process was remarkably easy. Mark was very easy to communicate with, as well.
Travelling as a family of four, I appreciated the layout, with the bathroom located between the two bedrooms, and the kitchen and living room separated at the front of the apartment. When there's a breeze, you can't beat the deck off the back, either.
It was a great stay, and I recommend this property!

It was our first time in the us and thanks to the location we did al lot of stuff the train station is close, and a lot of Nice restaurant in the area. The appartment was clean and there was a lot of spaece.

Private parking space was so great, and the cleanliness of the entire space sure made us feel important. No issues checking in or out, quiet neighborhood, & right off of the highway. Host Mark checked in to make sure we had everything we needed , and we will definitely re-book when we come back to visit one of our favorite cities, CHICAGO!

The rental was wonderful for us - myself/husband/ 20+ daughter. Two bedrooms and living room space/kitchen gave enough room for all of us. Super clean and the included parking spot was perfect! Had an issue with electronic entry at one point but property manager responded quickly and all was well! Thank you!

We stayed for five weeks in this apartment while our home was remodeled. Easy access to check in and assigned parking space was of great benefit. All you will need for a comfortable stay and area and building are very quiet. You can regulate your own heat which is a plus.

Everything was as advertised. The host was in touch with us for anything we needed, very quick to respond. The apartment was very clean and had all of the supplies needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

My family had a great stay here! The apartment is well updated and comfortable. Two adults and two toddlers were able to sleep and relax comfortably. The apartment is well stocked for everything you would need during your stay and it was very clean.
The apartment is nearby a large amount of restaurants and a mall, everything is at your fingertips. It is also an easy drive to downtown Chicago, it took us roughly 45 minutes to get to the city give or take for traffic. The private parking spot was also a great bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here. Close enough to Chicago and Northwestern. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Also, having a designated parking spot is a nice perk because so many cars have to park on the street.

We were glad to find a modern, nicely updated place that looked exactly like the photos shown online. We also appreciated that shoes are not allowed to be worn indoors. The apartment is well-equipped. We would have preferred more TV options than Roku, though.

Everything was awesome really clean if I could suggest anything it would be to put a blind on kitchen window kinda weird to have the window wide open at night especially since it's on first floor. Another thing would be more towels, we each had 1 towel for our entire stay which I wish would have had more for 4 days 3 nights. And sure didn't have time to wash them every day. Other than that it was very nice and enjoyed the porch.

Mark’s place was very clean and welcoming! It is a nice place and you feel like home. Location is a close drive to about everything you need and want to do! Will definitely return!

Conveniently located to downtown and suburbs. Updated, clean, neat, and bright. Very comfortable beds and furnished/supplied with most everything you could need. Mark was a great host with quick response to questions and making sure we had everything we needed.

Used this as a base for college move in prep. Any store you could need is within 10 minutes including an Amazon Locker Hub plus. The included parking spot and washer and dryer were a huge plus. Lots of great restaurant options nearby. Quiet place, clean, and easy to communicate with Mark the manager.

The property was clean as described and easy to find. The designated parking space is a huge benefit as opposed to street parking. Within a mile or so we found plenty of very good food, and Mark, the owner pointed out Oberweis, a creamery, within walking distance that we visited a few nights. Would stay here again if we come back

He did notify me before the workers came to finish the porch the next day.

Labor Day Family Trip
Loved this place ! Very clean and well equipped . Great location , close to Evanston and NU campus. We have some unforeseeable changes a week prior to our trip and Mark the manager was very helpful and easy to work with . Would definitely recommend this place to stay

Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay
This fully updated apartment was ideal for our visit. Everything went smoothly from the check in process to Mark's responsiveness during our stay. Convenient location to shopping, parks, and public transportation. We highly recommend this unit.
