Check in was excellent with Jose. Super friendly easy check in. Room nice and clean. Breakfast good selection for hotel breakfast.

Nice place and staff very good. Shower head kept falling or moving in wrong direction. Not enough lights by desk area and no pen in the room that I could locate. Lots of construction outside but not their fault and conveniently right off the highway. Would stay there again.

I stayed with my dog, mom, and son. The staff were very calm and friendly. The breakfast was not the best but the complementary coffee was excellent. I enjoyed the location, but the construction was annoying . Overall a great place to stay.

It was a nice place close to the performance center where we were attending a celebration. Free hot breakfast is always a plus when traveling with children. My 7 yr old enjoyed the pool. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The gym could use some TLC. Half the treadmills were not functional, but there was enough other equipment to make up for it. Would definitely consider this again if we needed a place to stay while visiting the area

When we went to check in at 3:20, our room wasn’t ready. The front desk attendant said the hotel was full and a substitute room also wasn’t available. The attendant was very nice and apologetic, but we couldn’t check in. We ended up leaving and returning 5 hours later to check in. The second attendant was polite and friendly. I think one of them should have offered us a discount for the inconvenience.
The room was nice. The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. Altogether, this was a fine place to stay, but I think something should have been offered to us.

The construction near the hotel was awful. Loud, and unpleasant. Traffic was an issue as a result.

We were greeted by Tracey at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful as this was our first experience with Hampton properties. She also assisted in getting us signed up with the Hilton Honors program.

It has been a great stay here. The place is clean no matter in the common area or inside the unit. Breakfast area is big and the food is awesome! It’s great value!

The place is in a convenient area with shopping malls and restaurants nearby, the hotel itself needs a remodeling but it still works well, nice pool and dining area with a decent breakfast, in my 2 nights stay the maid never came to clean it up. Overall it was a good stay, I will come back in my next visit to Chicago.

I like this hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. The only issue was the policy of cleaning the rooms every other day. So I had to be there without my room being cleaned since I was there for two days. Excellent breakfast and really nice and will recommend

This place was great as well as family friendly. My room was really clean, I actually looked forward to the amazing breakfast options every morning.

Good stay for my family. It was clean and comfortable. We had to leave super early, before the continental breakfast was available, and they were not providing to go breakfast as advertised. They said it was just that week due to the construction.

The beds were comfortable. There was sufficient pillows. The sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Check in and check out was seamless. We did have to turn on the mini fridge.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn, room was comfortable, front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was very congested and busy, it might flow better if beverage area was away from the food line, didn't eat here because it was so busy. Some construction on the road near hotel at this time.

This is a very good and neat proppedty. the staff her was also very good. the only thing that bothered me was a lot of the parking spot was occupied but u-haul trucks later in the evening ane then it was difficult to find a parking spot
